I was in charge of arranging a corporate event with food for Black History Month, having been recommended by a friend, I got in touch with Ivory Gaze. From start to finish the team were helpful, accommodating and friendly and I felt confident they would be able to provide what we were looking for. I can say that what was delivered was exceptional food and service, which received so much positive feedback from our guests. many of who had not tried most of the dishes before and there was even some new ones for me, which is just what we wanted in a selection that showcased some lesser known dishes for most. I would not hesitate to recommend them again and look forward to using them again in the future.

The team perfectly executed the vision i had for the grad party which is always a relief! Communication was 10/10, food was amazing - all guests said the same as well. Staff were v nice and helpful. Only thing i’d say is I expected more food for the amount of money spent, and the team unfortunately mixed up the celebration even after communicating clearly (MD vs PhD) 😩 but thankfully this was only a minor issue! Would deffo recommend them and I will be more than happy to work with them again in the future 🥰

The Ivory Gaze team and service at my PhD grad party in Glasgow Scotland was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!!! I have no regrets having them come all the way to handle my catering, they are worth every penny and more.
Leading up to the event itself, every single request I had was carefully considered and efficiently processed. Amazing communication from the team. The venue event coordinator made a comment saying “he had never seen such a beautifully decorated grazing spread” . I had a multicultural guest list with my party being their first experience of Nigerian cuisine and I know for a fact that Ivory Gaze set the bar exceptionally high. Thank you Ivory Gaze💕.

Almost ruined my event
This lot need advise on communication and business management. They almost ruined my event. I contacted them several months before the event and was told there would be an extra 25% charge because the event was on a Sunday. I wasn’t too happy but agreed. They knew I was going to be on holiday and arriving a day before the even and whilst I was out of the country and trying to finalise the details they informed me they have been looking into changing their menu and cost for several months and in addition to the 25% charge for Sunday delivery, there would be a significant increase to the cost that was agreed. How do you fail to inform your client if you where planning on doing this when you where contacted several months to the event and already agreed cost. I advise them that this was unprofessional and the lack of communication was poor. I was also out of the country and couldn’t even begin to start looking for someone else. There was no response or remorse that they could potentially ruin my event. Thank God for my Godmother who found someone who saved the day and their service, communication and food was out of this world.
Absolutely poor service and I did notice a few reviews about this poor same poor service.
I will certainly thread carefully. I am highly disappointed as I have used them twice and was appalled by this service. Absolutely appalling service.

When you first enquired in January, we had only just made the decision to begin reviewing our pricing after keeping it exactly the same for three years. At that point, nothing had been finalised or shared publicly, as we were still in the very early stages of making those internal decisions. We understand it would have been helpful to know this in advance, but we didn’t want to cause confusion by sharing changes that hadn’t yet been confirmed.
If the enquiry had moved forward and been secured with a deposit at that time, we absolutely would have honoured the original price quoted. But as the booking remained an open enquiry and no payment was made, we had to go by the updated pricing structure that had already been in place by the time you got back in touch in April.
We know this was disappointing—especially with the event being so close and you being out of the country at the time—and we truly empathise with the stress that may have caused.
As a small business, we always try to be as accommodating as we can. But there are rare occasions where, due to timing, logistics, or capacity, we’re unable to adjust beyond a certain point. That said, we’re taking your feedback seriously and will continue reviewing how we communicate around changes, particularly with returning clients.
We genuinely wish you all the best moving forward. After reading your message, we’ve taken time to reflect on your experience and how it made you feel. While this situation was disappointing for both sides, we remain grateful for the moments we’ve previously shared in past celebrations and truly hope this one still turned out beautifully in the end.

Above and Beyond!
Shola, Grace and the team went above and beyond for the catering for my mum's surprise birthday! Firstly, Grace had so much patience and the team worked with me to find an option that was suitable for my budget!
Everyone loved the food! The setup was beautiful, and added an extra layer of class to the event. The team worked with me to create a colour scheme that matched the theme.
The food was in abundance, I catered for 50 guests but the team made sure that there was more than enough food to go around and they even added a few extra touches, which I was very grateful for.
I cannot recommend Ivory Gaze enough, this is the 3rd time that I've ordered from them and I'll definitely be back!

Amazing lunch in the office with catering from Afrisian
I was lucky enough to taste the beautiful lunch that Afrisian delivered for our 200+ workforce today. The food table looked like a piece of art - all details were taken care of. And it tasted simply delicious. Highly recommend them!

Afrisian have been amazing from start…
Afrisian have been amazing from start to finish. They take care in working with you to find the best option for your special event, which was a Buffet for us. They were in constant communication to make sure things were done right and that is a total success. They are efficient and delivery was prompt (our event was in NW London and they are based in South London!), presented on trays that you are ready to serve with. The last thing I have to mention was the food, it was delicious, very tasty and everyone at my event enjoyed all the different buffet flavours that we chose. I couldnt recommend this company highly enough, you will not be disappointed on all levels!

I was looking for catering for my wedding and came across this company, food looked great on their page, I reached out and they sent me their catering menu which was very impressive, I made all my selections and requests. It was for my wedding so I was ready to pay what was needed. But they just stopped responding to my emails... I chased them up and still no response some weeks later. I was gutted! In the end I went with Taste Haven who done and amazing Job!! In the end it was a blessing but it was extremely unprofessional and disheartening at the time.

I can't thank Grace and Shola enough. Together, they helped me to execute a Thanksgiving dinner for my loved ones and I can't fault the experience.
