The meat used in the suya was below par and tasted old.
The asun tastes like smoked turkey, not what was expected at all.

I’m really sorry that our food didn’t quite meet your expectations. We are always open to improving our recipes but it’s a given that we may not please everyone’s palate.
It was a shame that you didn’t reach out first as it took away any opportunity to fix the problem you’ve encountered.
To clarify, our meat pie filling is made with 100% pure beef, hence why it flattens out once baked. The reason why other meat pies look fuller, is because they’ve added a mixture of various vegetables to the filling for it to appear that there is a lot inside.
The ingredients of our Asun can be found in the ingredients section of the product page. It is cooked over a wood fire grill and is 100% lamb, which is maybe why you can taste the smokey flavour that many of our customers rave about.
For the suya, we’ve actually reduced the salt and the seasonings on it, which is why it may come across as bland to some. This was done because of a previous feedback that said our meat was too salty. We also use freshly sourced beef shoulder as it is a better cut for suya because of how tender it is.
Again, really sorry to hear about your experience. It seems like your mind has already been made up, but if you’d like to come to some resolution, feel free to send us your order number and we will get in touch with you.

I will like to thank you very very much for everything. Firstly, I am so happy the meat pies were mini (quite different actually), they were beautiful and tasted very very nice even the guest enjoyed it. The puff puff was amazing and gone only had 3 as every one else took it. The beef suya prior to ordering I was sceptical, I wanted and prayed it was going to be a little like back home and it was. Absolutely beautiful.
Thank for being accommodating and most importantly responding quickly to messages. Even the customer service was really good. Every form of communication was respectful, prompt and most importantly accommodating

I like the quantity
I like the quantity, it's a good size. The flavours are lovely, however it's a bit too salty for me in a low salt diet. So maybe a low salt option will be nice. Also some of the ingredients I don't know them so I can't give it to my child who has allergies and she loves Jollof. So maybe a kids version with more basic ingredients. All in all I enjoyed it and would order again.🥰

The food is really is good however
The food is really is good however, the service/delivery guy needs to be trained. He is very rude and cannot even start a call with an introductory message such as “Hello, you have a delivery, please come downstairs.” He just picks up and says come downstairs. When approached, he doesn’t even say hi just dumps the food in your hands and runs off (He has done this twice). I think the customer service could be improved as it’s spoiling the brand image.

Second time of tasting Afrisian dishes…
Second time of tasting Afrisian dishes and as before, a wonderful experience from start to finish. My sister-in law introduced me to the website.
The customer care, the quality and taste of the dishes, all of very high quality.
My family and friends enjoyed every bite of the jollof rice, efo riro and chicken stew.
I now have a place to order from when entertaining. Will recommend it to friends, family and work colleagues. Well done for providing a much needed service. Long may it continue

My first time ordering from Afrisian I ordered The OG snacks box very delicious snacks me and my family enjoyed it. The only downfall my order was scheduled I had to wait one week for my order. Afrisian delivers for me every single time
Always professional, the ordering process is pretty seamless and the food always tastes so good and is well presented(no spillages or anything). For me, timeliness is a big one for me when ordering food, and Afrisian are excellent with time. In the time I’ve been a customer I’ve never had timing issues. Keep up the good work as whatever you’re selling, I will be buying.
