Unreliable

When I first started using this app a year ago, it was pretty reliable, however, after about 6 months, the unpredictability became a certain issue, that has remained constant. I am finding that it does not hold true to accuracy of where a package is located, I am also seeing that many times the packages don’t move from certain spots and AfterShip does not pick that up on their app. There has been many times when the location will move and change, and then it won’t move and change and show delivered. This happens not with just one company, but with every company that they have on their app. I’ve seen it with USPS FedEx, DHLUPS and others. I have come to find this app very unpredictable and unreliable, And unless they do some serious tweaking to fix it, it isn’t worth putting on your phone. If an app does not accurately track where a package is coming from and where it’s going to and where it’s been it’s not reliable.

No way to delete account

I stopped using the AfterShip iOS application years ago, but I still get alerts from them saying they are tracking my package. I don't want them to track anything! I logged into the web application to try and delete my account and there is no option to do so.

I have been paying for aftership for…

I have been paying for aftership for months and its actuially losing me sales. It does not update tiktoks shipping status. So the customer gets the product and a refund at your expence. I am desperately trying to find another app. £18 a month to lose sales really amazing.

Illiterate and clueless

They regularly send emails saying "Congrats! 1 package are found." That tells you all you need to know about Aftership. I have emailed them 12 times about this. They just fob me off with irrelevant standard replies telling me to contact the courier, or they completely ignore me, or they claim I haven't replied when I obviously have. Utter garbage.

No updates no customer service

No updates on their tracking! Chatbot tells me to contact support@AfterShip whereupon the “customer service” again says to contact support@aftership. Concluding there is no customer service and they merely use bots to hand out information to be found on their faqs. Trrrible

Do not get trapped by this company

Do not get trapped by this company. I've never had a company tell me it takes 2-4 days to deliver in the U.S. and each day the product doesn't arrive they add an addition 3 days (repeat). No updates on location and an invalid contact number. This company is a total rip off.

I received no prior communication about…

I received no prior communication about an Aftership renewal. When I saw the charge on my credit card, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, but they refused, citing policy. The customer service was unhelpful and made it clear they don’t value their customers (I had intended to return). It felt like their main focus is on profit rather than supporting small businesses like mine. I recommend avoiding Aftership and considering alternatives like ShipStation or Route.

Worse of Worse

Worse of Worse. I paid for 2 day service. It took 10 days to get here their app kept saying it was in OKC when USPS app said it was in Dallas. Then AfterShip said it was delivered when USPS said it had not arrived at the local PO. On the 11th day it finally showed up. The service js crap. I would never recommend to anyone.

Very Disheartening


Hi, I don’t usually post reviews, but this experience has gone beyond what I can handle. Please avoid choosing this company for your business. They took my money and refused to give me a full refund. As a beginner, I wanted to try their service to help with my business, but it has been a frustrating learning curve. After the trial ended, they automatically enrolled me in an expensive monthly subscription without my consent. I reached out to cancel and requested a refund, but they ignored my request and continued to charge me. This was my message to them last Aug.

I explained to them that I couldn’t afford it, especially since I borrowed the money to cover important bills. Still, they only offered to refund $167 out of the nearly $500 they took from my bank account. It's disheartening because I trusted them, and now I’m left in a tough situation. I hope others can avoid the same experience. I know they probably delete every negative comments. Guess what I been trying to talk to them they just egnore me for sure.. Sad..

I have been waiting for my package for…

I have been waiting for my package for three months. There were two packages in one tracking number. I received one package but you kept the other package and asked for money twice and I paid you $216 but you still didn't send my package.

Merchants Beware - AfterShip Protection is not ready for production

Since starting to use AfterShip Protection across several brands, that generate multi-million annual revenue, we have had nothing but problems. Customers frequently get stuck when attempting to submit a claim and cannot get support from AfterShip, who direct them to us, and we are unable to do anything with the platform. AfterShip’s model is to deduct any refunds from the monthly premium total, however if your refunds exceed the monthly total the only payment option is PayPal, who are notorious for disabling customer accounts or freezing funds. We have now been fighting with AfterShip for over 2 months to receive the several thousand dollars they owe us for a customer claim, and AfterShip’s only option is a wire transfer that they charge $45 each time, and so far have failed twice to successfully send to our bank account. We are removing them, in favor of Route, and strongly suggest that others avoid them at all costs.

Their tracking system is basic at best, and cheaper, and more reliable options, exist. One example of how basic their system is - if an order ships in multiple parts, and one part is delivered before a subsequent part is shipped, AfterShip considers the order closed and will not notify the customer of any subsequent shipments.

My parcel was given a notice of deliver 4 days later than the actual said delivery date. The parcel was not in my mailbox. So what's the point of using a sevice that doesn't notify immediately? 50 bucks worth of goods disappeared and now l can not order again as funds do not permit. Am l happy? no.
