I had a problem with a frying pan and reached out to Aga for some advice. Unfortunately, my initial email was handled a little naively by a sales co-ordinator, however when I asked to deal with someone more senior in the Customer Services Department, I received truly excellent service.
The gentleman I dealt with (unfortunately can't mention names) responded at length to my enquiry and was empathic and courteous. His explanation and email response was considered and highly professional, and he solved my problem expediently and efficiently.
This is the sort of customer service which I had hoped for from a company with a reputation and stature such as Aga, and I wasn't disappointed. Thank you so much. I really appreciated the care and manner with which you treated me.

The ladies in the office were brilliant.
The logistics were excellent. Was sent a video with all the things that was needed too be done n was super easy too follow

I spent over 8K on a new aga, when it was delivered the fitters were first class. However there was a fault on a switch and the fitters reported it to aga service dept,a few days later i got a call from the engineer giving me a date to come and repair item. This date was approx 4 weeks time. I rung aga to say wasnt happy waiting all that time.Havent heard since.Still waiting. VERY POOR SERVICE

I had a 4 oven Aga for 23 years. We then moved to a house that didn’t have one and neither the room. Missed it so much I then purchased a 2 oven Aga which we had room for. Nothing but problems with it from the start. Kept burning the food and cakes were burnt to a crisp. Realised there was a problem so contacted Aga who then sent an engineer. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and was given a phone number to ring for cooking lessons! Persevered but to no avail. I was so exasperated I bought an oven thermometer and was shocked to find the temperature for the ovens were the wrong way round. Called Aga who sent me an engineer but I had to wait a few months. He admitted he knew nothing about agas as he came from Repairtech but tested the temperature of my ovens and I was told the temperature was the wrong way round in the ovens. Finally!! I was then sent an Aga engineer who confirmed this. I have had this Aga for nearly 2 years and it has taken me this long to get an answer. So frustrated and appalled by the service from Aga.

The whole experience has been fantastic. Roger, Linda and the Aga Kidderminster team have been so helpful, and the cooking demonstrations in the shop were invaluable for helping make our decision.
The installation process was seamless. Lak and Clive were very professional, polite and are great Aga representatives. They led me through setting up and using the Aga, and gave me contact details should I run into any problems. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Today we had our new electric AGA ER7 fitted. Lak and Paul were so professional throughout the installation.
Guy from our local Aga shop in Oundle has also been so helpful in recommending the right configuration for us.

We recently purchased an AGA R3 and the experience from start to finish was genuinely excellent. The team at Diss Iron Works were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The sales process felt relaxed and informative, with no pressure at any point.
Installation day was equally impressive. The installers arrived on time, were polite and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently, left no mess whatsoever and took the time to explain everything properly so we felt confident using the cooker straight away.
Overall, a first-class service and a product we are absolutely delighted with. I would not hesitate to recommend both the AGA R3 and the Diss Iron Works team.

Had my Aga Rangemaster Masterchef installed today so early days. Longer than anticipated wait for a delivery date but they kept me informed and I’m delighted with it so far.
