The CPU fan was dissassembled on the way but i reassembled and all works fine, good experience and good prices (knowing the elevated prices of gpus)

I am a French customer and I received the package in less than a week even though the graphics card was not available at the time of ordering. I was notified of the different steps by email throughout this week until delivery, it was perfect.

A very professionally custom-built computer with top line parts to choose from. Great communication on the progress and a perfect working machine straight out of the box. Agando gets a well-deserved 5 stars!

I bought a PC from Agando and I'd do it again. The PC is perfect, less than 10 days to receive the goods and the packaging was superb

The computer I have gotten stopped working after 2 months. The power supply was faulty and also damaged the graphics card. Now that I have send back both graphics card and power supply they say that the power supply is missing. And refuse to send me another power supply. Apparently the person who unpackaged the package is currently sick and unable to clear up the confusion, leaving me to wait with a not working computer.

Hopefully Agando will do something about this, it has been already 5 weeks without a working computer.

Edit: The problem has been solved after several weeks of waiting.

I have purchased a PC with specific components i wanted. They made it the day i ordered it, sent it the day after and i received it only 3 days even if i am in another country !
Furthermore, all components have a 3 years warrantee and are pretty cheap for what they are.
I recommend it greatly!

(Update) on their site it says that I have the right to have a working computer and if it doesn't work it will be repaired and fixed in a few days, I ordered the computer in December and we are at the end of May , is this they have the nerve to send me back the computer still broken , is it two times that I send it under warranty and is it two times that it comes back worse than before I don't know what to think anymore, is it bad luck or is it them who don't know how to work ? There are no more excuses . How the hell do they send me a computer that doesn't work, three times but is it a dream or reality ? Because I have never seen such a thing in my life , really I am exhausted of this lousy situation.

I start by saying that if you have to buy a computer and you are Italian I do not recommend buying on this site, I was fooled by the price and I did not realize that 10% of the reviews are negative which is more than I thought, it's better to have it assembled in italy given my traumatic experience with agando, anyway, they sent me back the computer that was under warranty after 4 months of waiting, the most absurd thing I noticed right away is that the ssd is dangling without lock, when I sent it under warranty it was there and it was well fixed.
Second shameful thing, the video card doesn't give signal to the monitor via the hdmi cable, I tried two different cables but it doesn't give signal, the monitor is the hdmi is not the problem, that's for sure, I've already done tests, that only leaves the video card but I'm not 100% sure and I'm already crying at the thought of having to find out, because if the video card is the problem, it will mean waiting another few weeks to have a new one sent to me from agando assuming they want to send me a new one, if not I will try to request a refund somehow because I don't know what to do otherwise, they wrote to me telling me that they fixed the problem it had previously by changing the power supply but now the video card is not going.
