excellent order arrives quickly and in perfect condition

Very food prices and good builds, they are very fast and precise to build and ship the pc. 5 stars earned.

One month ago, my company bought a 3000€ workstation on Agando. When received, it did not start, because of a faulty GPU. Since then, it has been a constant back-and-forth with their customer service (> 20 mails exchanged), Agando refusing to assume the slightest responsability for the failure.

They only offer an exchange with a lower-spec GPU "because they are out of stocks" as they say. They refuse to provide any compensation, even though one month after buying I am still left with an unusable 3000€-PC. I quote their customer service: "And no, you won't receive any compensation from us." I just asked to get a better spec instead of a lower spec GPU since they claim to be out of stocks, which, let's be honest, is the least they can do.

I leave it to everyone to form their opinion, but never again my company will buy its PCs from Agando. At this price tag, the customer should be entitled to a much better customer service.

Bought a second computer from Agando.
Still satisfied with it: works directly out of the box and the cable management is very clean. The price was very competitive and the customer service is irreprochable.

the bearbeitungszeit is a bit too long but it was okay, the thing that surpised is good packaging + they do everything for you in advanced like OC the ram for you.

Everything was just perfect. Fast shipping, awesome tech support. PC was built really nice, even cable management is great. Recommend this shop to all my friends.

Bought a system which had a faulty part, got a refund for that part but it was not the correct amount but the price it changed into after ordering.

They insist it was correct but unfortunately its not possible to see how much I paid for each part anymore because the site and receipt only shows the full pc price.
I'm sure it was not right because I compared prices for each part before ordering, and that was one of the few that was unusually more expensive than other shops so I remember it well.

Still found what I paid with waybackmachine not long before I ordered and did send a screen of it but its not enough to convice them of the error.

Customer service even told me they won't respond to this anymore... So make sure to make screens for every component.

I'm very satisfied with the new PC I bought on Agando. The computer works properly and the shipment was good and has been delivered as indicated in the tracking. The box was in good conditions and all the components inside were packed well.

Pc work perfectly but the Windows OS offer with the PC didn’t work for me, so I have to find an another windows (not very difficult for free)

What a pleasant experience! Great value for a reasonable price: my own hardware configuration, impeccable assembly, everything works flawlessly, delivery in under a week. Thank you Agando, great work!

Very interesting prices, very good packaging.
A 1st defective PC received but returned free of charge and exchanged with a new one in less than a week.

Several levels of support (technical ...) but also a good commercial follow-up in the case of a misunderstanding (thank you Customer Service).

I received my pc in a week in very good condition, well protected as it should be.

Currently I have no problem with this computer, everything looks excellent to me.

I recently ordered a computer from Agando and I coudn't be happier. The customer service is surprisingly quick and had no problem awnsering all my questions. Another thing I was amazed about was the amount of time it took to arrive or the lack there of, it took only 2 weeks for it to arrive which I found incredible.The price is very just for what other pre-made computer companies are offering. The computer it's self was well put together. The cable managment is top! And everything is running super smoothly and still is since I got it. Thank you Agando :)
