I ordered the computer from France on a Wednesday. It arrived on a Saturday.. extremely fast, all working correctly. I am quite happy with this purchase.

The solved the problem with the keyboard. It’s a bit confusing with the German and Dutch keyboard but it’s ok now. The pc is top. Thank you !

Perfect! The best of PC shop

I ordered a computer at 1700€ and they put the wrong grahic card. A P2000 instead a P2200. It is curious it's always cheaper material when there is a problem !
At least I had a fast response from the support.

I ordered a computer in Agando shop, it was a really great experience. You are getting constantly updated on the status of your order. The delivery time is respected. I recommend.

I ordered a PC from Agando on 14/07/2021 which I received on 27/07/2021. It took me until 03/08/2021 to make it work. I have been in contact by email with the technical support. Following their instructions, I had to dismantle the PC components several times (motherboard power supply, BIOS battery, RAM modules, graphics card and even CPU and CPU cooler...). I tried so many things! Finally, a neighbour who knows IT helped me set the PC up and running. So nothing to do with Agando support.
My conclusion: if you don't know how to handle IT hardware by yourself, don't count on Agando. In case of problem, they may try their best but actually you are alone.
Pros: Top quality components from reputable brands, competitive pricing
Cons: Carrier risk, client loneliness, computer settings and communication partially in German

The pc is great and in perfect conditions, it’s exactly what I asked for and for a fair price. 100% recommended!

Ive ordered a pc from agando like 1 and a half years ago and last week my HDD colapsed because of some corupted windows files and i wrote agando and they immediately responded to my email (10 min) and they agreed to send me a new one for free. The package only came in 2 days. Really pleased with their service

Excellent shop. The required configuration was assembled for me in a couple of days and after a week (although 2-3 weeks are indicated) I already had a PC. I will recommend it to my friends.

Good service and quick response on my question. The PC is exactly what I was expecting.

I had lot of issues with the first systeme they sent to me. I was very disapointed. But i have to say that it is the best technical support i've ever seen. Very fast reply , and they finally sent me a new systeme that works perfectly.
