A fantastic drink company. I prefer BARR drinks by far compared to almost all other drink manufactures. They have a drink for all my tastes, and they all taste amazing. Thank you, BARR, for making such good drinks.

For the first time I also tested Rubicon sparking water with the aroma of black cherry and raspberry, I want to tell you that I have never tasted anything more disgusting in my life. I don't want to imagine what chemicals these drinks are made of, all I want to say is that they are some very terrible drinks.

Recently purchased my favourite dandelion and burdock drink from Barr, I realised it didn’t taste like it used to so looked at the ingredients which revealed it’s got saccharin added which leaves a horrible taste in your mouth and overpowers what little taste there was. I believe they’ve also cheapened the recipe so from a life long Barr d&b fan I will not be purchasing this brand anytime soon in the near future because familiar taste is everything from a brand.

I love agbarr they have a wonderful website and great products. Their website is very easy too navigate. I have not found any errors on this website.

Horrible service. Due to covid-19 everywhere got locked down so wasnt open. They would not stop hounding me for the one payment I couldn't make as covid-19 pandemic took over the whole country. Now we back open just today and they have sent my name to a debt agency which has added on double what I owed I would not recommend them to anyone. Would never use them for a supplier of drinks they are not good. I could have died in this pendenic as so many people sadly lost their lives and they were hounding me for money now past my name onto debt agency. Not good.

Very unhelpful customer service department. All I want was a bit of help and it took them 3 months to eventually (and rather reluctantly) help me out a little. And even then, it was only because I bombarded them via all social media channels. You'd think they'd want to help and ensure something was purchased!

Their lack of response in regards to the 'New-Bru' fiasco is unfortunate. I'd happily pay more for the old recipe that actually tasted nice. They're not the only brand to do this though... about the only carbonated drinks with sugar in them, rather than artificial sweeteners, are the two largest cola brands.

Always bought Barr’s ginger beer and would rather pay more for sugar. Will never drink anything with aspartame in it.

Terrible company with no respect for their customers.

Since changing the recipe in almost ALL of their drinks to include dangerous artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame the customers have been strongly voicing their opinion of how foul the products they create now taste. There are Facebook groups, Pages, peititons, Amazon Reviews, Google reviews all shaming A.G.Barr for their change in recipe and the company don't even care.

They are totally fine about ruining a drink that their customers are passionate about and, quite frankly, it's disgusting.
