I needed a stock photo for a book cover and found one here. As a struggling author, I needed something quick and affordable. This was it.

I found what I wanted . The price is not cheap but with the special offer code , it’s worth it !

You advertized the picture for $69. I bought it and it ended up $99. That is quite a differnce. I thought I would get the picture, but I just got a copy on my computer. My printer does not do it justice. I am very disappointed after spending that much money not to have a better picture.

I spent 20 frustrating minutes trying to download the picture I just bought, nothing worked. The system kept wanting me to validate my email, which I did several times. In the end, your colleague was able to just email me the picture.

Poor... didn't realise I was just downloading a picture...

I had it mounted on a plaque. As a child I lived with my family in the apartment building with the red roof, so it has a special meaning for me. My sister and I used to go to the end of the pier and having great fun jumping in the schooners that carried sand. You made my day!

Management team of this company is indifferent, and especially the so called CEO is very rude person. It is not unexpected that he personally attack you, insult and act unprofessionally.

The company use photographers' assets and do not pay back, they steal and refuse to delete when they are asked. So I suggest for all people who consider to buy or sell assets, to stay away from this company.

PLEASE CONSIDER USING AGENCIES THAT PAY DUE ROYALTIES TO THEIR CONTRIBUTORS.

AGE hasn't paid its photographers for months, doesn't answer our questions, and if it does, it's with disdain and total disrespect. If you buy images in this agency you are contributing to the fact that photographers do not receive a salary for their work.

Great and helpful customer service. Answered all my questions in a chat as I was trying to purchase artwork. Easy and quick transaction. Downloaded artwork immediately, no delay. I'll use Agefotostock again!!

I have not been paid for any of my invoices submitted since July 2021, I have asked for my 10,000 images to be taken down from the Age fotostock website, and they have not. They seem to have lost a lot of staff recently, and so cannot function properly. The rare communications with the CEO seems to consist of insults, excuses, and blaming others - unhelpful and no action follows - eg paying his Photographers or responding politely to their questions. Bottom line is Age fotostock is the worst stock agent I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with around 10.

Sales have been going downhill for a long time, with commissions and sales rapidly declining. Some sales have approached pennies. Sales reporting is even worse, with many uses going unreported and unpaid for many months, if at all.

To make matters worse, the management practices are absolutely horrible– The owner blames his bad business practices on photographers. He refuses to answer simple inquiries, and if you are 'lucky' enough to receive any reply it will be very likely entirely unhelpful and written in a rudely critical tone.
