If I could give zero stars I most certainly would!
I am a contributor to AGE Fotostock and have been disappointed in their company from the beginning with their disorganization and lack of timely responses. However things have worsened greatly and they have not paid MANY of their contributors the royalties they are owed. They continue to distribute our images and make a profit off them but refuse to pay the photographers and videographers that work hard to contribute to their company. The owner, Alfonso G often times NEVER replies to emails and when he does, he has been nothing but rude and disrespectful to his contributors. In fact, several of his contributors, including myself, requested our work be removed from his website and our contracts to be severed. Again, he has not done so or even had the decency to reply. I urge you NOT to contribute to AGE Fotostock and not to purchase from them. They do not practice good business ethics and have been nothing but rude, disrespectful and unlawful.

The have just payed the first unpaid invoice

I was a contributor for almost 10 years. Apart from the poor sales figures, there are a lot of photographers whose commission invoices have not been paid, some of them for over a year and more. We will probably never see our money. Furthermore, pictures that have already been sold are not accounted for, critical inquiries are not answered or are dismissed with flimsy and cynical comments. Better stay away from this agent!

AGE had the photo I wanted and the download was easy. I made unknowingly a mistake on my end and called to complain about the photo (which was fine but did not look fine because of my mistake). Kevin was very friendly and helpful and responsive, and I realized the mistake was on my end, but the interaction showed me that AGE has very responsive customer service. I highly recommend them. It's great to be able to buy just one photo.
