Yesterday after depositing money into my lotto agent account, extra money was withdrawn from my account through an apple pay bill. I am an android user. On my way to the bank to find out what is happening.
Update.
The bank is telling me that my account is compromised and that i should come in to replace it with a new one. This happened after depositing into my lotto agent account. It is the only online transaction that i have made on this card in a month. This is not a coincidence. The Information i entered when confirming my payment with you is what was used. It is your side that this is coming from. Not a guess. Fact.
Update
The bank is conducting its own investigation into this matter. I don't see how you investigating yourselves for something you have done works in this scenario. I am waiting on their response.
