Don't giving withdraw
I had a very frustrating experience with LottoAgent. They blocked my account without warning, even though I had successfully completed their KYC process. I had $90 in withdrawable funds in my account that they are now refusing to release.
When I contacted their support team, they claimed my account was marked as high-risk by their KYC provider, but provided no further details. They stated the decision is final and not subject to appeal.
( I do not have using multiple accs)
I have made multiple attempts to get clarification and have my funds released, but LottoAgent has not responded to my emails. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve this issue is very concerning.
I would not recommend using LottoAgent based on my experience. They seem to have arbitrary policies around account blocks and make it extremely difficult to withdraw your money if they decide to suspend your account for unspecified reasons.
I am now pursuing other options to try to recover my $90 balance. But in the meantime, I would advise others to be cautious and carefully consider the risks before depositing funds with LottoAgent. Their customer service and account policies leave a lot to be desired.

Helpful website for people outside the US/UK/EU. I haven't won anything yet, but I never hope for much; I just play lotteries now and then for fun. No Response At All From Lotto Agent
I made a purchase today and my bank account was debited. But after one hour I had not received the usual confirmation of my purchase. I then went to their online chat link.....but no one is responding. So I called on the helpline but am getting a message saying the number (in Latvia) is no longer in service. It appears that they may be out of business. The time is 10:00 am in Latvia on Friday.
Now, 24hours later, I am happy to report that Lotto Agent finally responded, so - they are still in business. But I was deeply offended that their customer service agent, Alex Carrera ,implied that I had maliciously reviewed them earlier. He said that "I see that you received a response by the time you wrote this review and that the funds were credited to your account." in fact,I had NOT received a response when I wrote my review. He is apparently unaware that a new reviewer on Trust Pilot (such as me) will experience a delay of 2 or more hours before a review is posted to enable proper verification of authenticity. When I wrote the review, I had heard nothing......and still to this moment, their Helpline number is showing as invalid and the online Chat is still unresponsive.
