Recently I bought some lovely pink x black lingerie set from Agent Provocateur.
(Carline series: Bra, Suspender, Thong and Brief)
I did photo shooting and videos shooting wearing them all.

I am a breast cancer survivor and enjoying my second life.
Being a healthy woman is very important to me.
From now on, I shall start raising awareness of breast cancer and promoting PINK!

Really bad returns policy / portal. Customer advisers obviously do not care (is this a pay issue? I do not know). The items may be nice, but everything around that is awful. Will never shop with them again!!

Size guidance mistakes, no return / change policies. Plus, in front of my wife - a consultant advises me to propose a wrong-sized item to another girlfriend of mine. Bizzare!

I had to have a specific swimsuit when the sale hit, and it was completely out in my size on the website. I emailed the company and they promptly got back to me about specific locations where the suit was sold and told me the sale code would be honored! I immediately got a hold of Amy at the Vegas location, she stopped what she was doing and shipped it on the spot and even gave a sweet follow up. I mean- no one can beat this service and I am a customer for life! And this suit is beyond sexy with nonstop compliments. Thanks Amy and friends!

The quality is just sooo low for the price

I was a bit nervous to order directly from the website because of the low review score, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I placed my ordered with regular delivery on Sunday and I received my order on Tuesday morning. I saw a lot of complaints about orders with DPD, but mine came with UPS so maybe they changed delivery provider.
The products were nicely packaged and the sizes were correct. Will order from them again.

Quality product and great attentive and professional service

The customer service level at AP is fab Josephine took charge of the whole return process for my faulty item even she was truly amazing.

I got in touch after the courier failed to deliver my order and Sarah, who followed my query throughout to its resolution, was excellent. Not only did she chase the delivery company and arrange a re-delivery after they had stated the order was being returned to Agent Provocateur, she also cancelled a re-order that I had made of the same product and was very helpful and friendly throughout. I am very happy with the customer service provided and have not received this level of personalised, efficient and courteous service for a long time. Thank you very much, Sarah!
