When I decided to have my tile and carpet in my larger room switched out to a vinyl flooring, I didnt hesitate to call Aggieland carpet. I had used them four years ago to replace all the carpet in my home and they did such a great job I went to them again.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process from my initial contact back with them-through the same representative-and a discount for being a former customer.

The selection process was easy they were many samples to choose from and I chose one that would best fit my house. From the initial in-home visit, to the store visit, to the installation crew, this was just a top-notch process. It took the crew seven full days to remove the old carpet and tile, prepare the floors and put the new vinyl flooring in. They were professional, always on time, always apprised me of what they were doing and about to do, and just made my entire house look beautiful. It was a lot of really hard work and they did every bit of it with great attitudes and very professional skills and abilities.

I would not hesitate to use Aggieland carpets again in the future if I have any needs, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful staff and great job by installers. Carpet is very soft and great to walk on. Almost too many choices in the store. Pretty overwhelming but Lexi (and Miriam) help tremendously. Carpet shows footprints a little more than I would have liked, but color and texture far outweighs and other issues.

Terrific sales experience and installation, but communication is lacking between sales and installers. We scheduled and then the date was changed for the installation via a text. Then the installer said we weren't scheduled, even though it had been set up a couple of weeks in advance. So we ended up with a third installation date. But everything was done super well except for that.

The service I received from the start to finish of the installation of carpeting in my master closet was superior! If you want to complete your project correctly the first time with outstanding service, you have come to the right place. Lexi Fox was my representative. She was EXCELLENT! She guided me through the wonderful selection in their showroom with ease and expertise! She consistently followed up throughout my project from start to finish! Replacing damaged wood floors we enjoyed for 20 years was a major decision. The knowledgeable staff at Carpet One guided us through the selection process to reach a decision that we love and that best suits a lifestyle that includes our dogs - low maintenance but suitable for the decor in our home. We were already repeat customers and we will continue to be.

The installers were super helpful, polite and efficient. Constance was also expert in guiding us through the insurance process (had to be replaced because of water damage). The floor looks great! It's our second floor with Aggieland Carpet - hopefully we won't need another one, but if we do, we're calling them!

I would like to comment on the service provided during our project which my wife Veronica and I agreed was exceptional. Lexi Fox, our consultant, is a true professional in every way. She was extremely knowledgeable and just made us feel comfortable with the process as she walked us through it step by step. She provided pricing options and was able to schedule the labor/installation expeditiously and kept them well informed of what we wanted done for our floor work. She even dropped by the work site to monitor the work and ensure we were pleased with the progress.
With regards to the quality of the products installed, I would like to reiterate they are top-notched. The results are not only aesthetically beautiful but also evidently high quality to the touch.
We most definitely feel comfortable referring Carpet One to friends and family. Personally, we will be returning customers and look forward to coordinating home projects with Mrs. Lexi Fox.

Our small project was given the attention of a much larger and more expensive project / order. Your Lexi Fox greeted us warmly on our first visit and has worked with us as if we were her only customer and her only project. She has given us the information requested quickly and efficiently, and we cannot say enough about our experience at Aggieland Carpet One Floor & Home.. Both crews were professional and very helpful. We had two separate jobs done. We liked the tiles in the two bedrooms so well, we decided to replace the tiles in the kitchen and tv room. I appreciated the fact that they cleaned up throughout the jobs and hauled away all carpets, tiles, etc.
I was told when they would be there and when they would finish.
The ceramic tiles look like wood and are really easy to clean.
I will certainly use Aggieland Carpet One for any future work.

We have always gotten great service from Aggieland Carpet One and Constance. From the moment we call to request some type of flooring service, Constance is usually there within a day or two to measure or consult with us on our needs. It has always been a smooth, pain-free process compared to some we have experienced in the past. What took a couple of weeks for this process, in the past, using a big box store, took several months. We couldn't be happier.
