Rude customer service & diluted product not suitable for green algae on greenhouse , I do not reccomend this product called citrox ready to use & feel the customer service representative needs some training in not talking over customers & learning some manners.
Had to give at least 1 star in order to leave a review. Would have given a Zero rating if able to.
Bought Agralan Codling Moth trap from Amazon. Used as per instructions, set trap at end of May & replaced lure after 5 weeks with a fresh pheromone capsule . Caught a single moth in an orchard of apple trees in a 5 week period! Called Agralan who advised me that pheromones capsules can ‘fail’, they took batch numbers, said they would investigate with the manufacturer & offered to replace the lures.
They renaged on this agreement the following day because I had used an Agralan distributor on Amazon & not bought from Agralan direct via Amazon?? I supplied them with pheromone batch numbers which they said they would look into but they haven’t bothered.
Waste of money, I have an orchard of scabby moth infested apple trees. Waste of money & time. Customer service abysmal, just read the other reviews.
Agralan produce the best 49 cell propagator on the market - perfect for any allotment or self sufficiency garden and UK made - Excellent customer service - one phone call sorted out Amazon's mistake in 10 minutes and they sent out replacements on next day delivery.
The woeful performance of Royal Mail in recent years seems to have passed Agralan by - they still assume First Class = next day delivery. For heat sensitive bio-control materials it's just not acceptable to have a longer delivery time than this, as is so often the case with RM on anything but its premium "24 hour" offer, and sometimes not even then.
Sent me the wrong item. I've tried to contact them in multiple emails. Send them a lot of emails during in a span of more than a month. They replied only once to arrange a delivery and never replied to my email again.

Beware of this product ! Applied to trunk of cherry tree, turned to liquid and ran down trunk.
Put tightened screw in open end to store, leaked out along screw and left sticky mess in shed!
They sent me totally the wrong product, haven’t answered emails and don’t answer the phone. Mailbox is ‘full’ and unable to leave a message. Odd. Will update if it gets resolved.
