Unhappy experience
Hi Im from Ireland and i ordered a battery charger via agrieuro as we have the had the same one that we've had on our family farm for the past 29 years but when the new one arrived it arrived damaged. So about 6 weeks later another one arrived and again the digital clock on the front failed to work. On both occasions I've had to meet the courier as he wouldnt deliver to our premises . Overall we had a lot of faith in this product but I'm unhappy with how things turned out. Only after been plagued by trust pilot to leave a review via email I wouldnt have did so. I'm sure agrieuro are a great company perhaps it's just the logistical end of it thats causing issues as these machines can be fragile. Regards

After trying several places to purchase a ride on lawn mower to be delivered to Spain with no luck.I contacted tis company and nothing was to much trouble

Good product, Agrieuro’s service generally good, the addition of live tracking on their website would be useful, box arrived battered and resealed by UK courier, the product was undamaged but it’s an issue that needs addressing

Thanks for the ride.
The Stiga mechanical sweeper is good but the brushes do wear, especially if you rub up to a kerb. Replacements are available but at £11.00 each and with 26 fitted costly. Three need replacing so note to self 'keep away from kerbs'.

Excellent price for this pruning saw. Easy to order on line, and communication from seller was good. Delivery communication was not so good from the courier, maybe confusion with Covid and short of staff. But arrived safely and used already. It does exactly what I needed and expected.

First order experience
Order placed via Agrieuro UK, to be sent to Spain. Order despatched from Italy. Order process and customer service (Valeria) were good and helpful
. Product met expectations, very well packaged. Fast delivery. Only negative point was tracking from courier. Delivery driver phoned on arrival to town but was unaware of location instructions, however quickly sorted and he was exceptionally helpful.
