You will not get a free upgrade for iTube to work on Apple Silicon Macs, and the software is no longer supported. Wondershare, the owner of Aimersoft, has discontinued all support and updates for iTube Studio, including any patches for Apple's M1, M2, or M3 chips.
Instead of an upgrade, Wondershare suggests that former iTube users purchase its newer product, UniConverter. Many users have expressed frustration with this approach, especially those who purchased a "lifetime license" for iTube not long before support ended.

I downloaded (from "imusic.aimersoft.com") and installed the free trial of iMusic for Mac. upon first launch, this app - without me agreeing to it - started a process that takes forever: to copy all your music files to your internal drive, even if there's not enough room on that drive. You don't get any warning, no option to choose another location, and no way to stop this process - except a force quit. This alone is enough for me not to trust this app, but there is more: the support link on the above-mentioned site redirects you to another site: "support.aimersoft.com" which shows all Wondershare AI products, but no support for iMusic. Clicking on "Contact Us" brings you to "support.wondershare.com" - again no mentioning of iMusic. I think this iMusic app has been discontinued, another reason not to buy it. In the BUY window the company also insists you spend an extra $4.95 on a "Download Insurance Service" enabling you to re download the software in case you need to reinstall the product - the first time ever I came across such a scam. Also, tax is added… Reasons enough for me not to trust this company at all!

This software used to be amazing, with so many different options, tools and settings. But as others have said the lifetime license is not that. It basically lasts until operating systems are updated, and the software is not kept up to date. Their reply... purchase the new version! Now it just crashes within seconds of opening so I cannot use it at all. I've found a great alternative so time to uninstall...

Use to be great. Thanked after win 10. I use to love this program and it worked great to rip dvd's for personal use and record non copyrighted material. Well, since win 10 it's gone down hill. The program does not work at all like it use to. It takes for ever to rip dvd's and can't even slice through the most basic of protection. Half the time it rips them the sound or pic quality is off. It takes hours where other programs take minutes. It can no longer download from youtube and online places. It's a shell of a program and no longer works. The program basically does not work at all to what it advertises to do. Please avoid this program. Spend money on other ones.

You buy then product then after a short time it doesn't work. No company will survive on one time sales!

I purchased the application iTube Studio from your Website on 26/07/2024. Very disappointed with this product. The download plug is not working, app keeps crashing with the message “ Bugsplast Reporter”. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times,,spent hours trying to fixed the fault but no luck. I have come to the conclusion that iTube Studio is not fit for purpose and should be removed from your website. I have asked for a refund, no answer. I wont be dealing with company again

I have been using aimersoft studio for about 10 years. It does a good job converting files, recording video and ripping dvd's to basic formats. It's reliable and easily affordable. DVD fab is another good product but they make you buy a key for every program they have and can get expensive. Aimersoft allows a one time key purchase so you're not out of luck when one version gets discontinued or you have to upgrade computers.

I rip my own dvd's for personal use so I don't have to buy a digital copy for every device I have. This program prevents me from having to buy 5 copies of the same movie. Only use this program for personal use!

The bad reviewers are people who don't understand the program nor have taken the time to figure it out. I've called their customer service number a couple times and have had good results. They are decent at sorting out issues and problems.

I bought itube downloader, it doesn’t work for all the websites listed in the description, most of them are porn sites the other half don’t even open. 10 000 websites to download from, my a$$. Also I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund, nobody’s answering

iTubeStudio worked fine until OSX was updated. In fairness they are tyring to sort it, however i had NO IDEA that it was a recurring payment. I have instructed my bank to cancel the ongoing payments and also emailed aimersoft telling them to cancel.

Although the payment appears on my bank account as recurring, AimersoftWondershare have assured me that it was a one-time purchase.
They have been prompt in replying to me emails for support.

100% SCAM. Once upon a time, this was a legitimate company. Now, it's 100% scam. The software doesn't work and the company doesn't return emails.

IT'S THE WORST SOFTWARE AND IT'S A RIPOFF TO WONDERSHARE. Like iSkysoft, This software sucks

I've been using iTube Studio for a little over a year, and it makes it so much easier to download videos. Before I would use a patchwork of free sites for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc., and then Wondershare AllMyTube, which didn't work out because I asked them to refund a warranty that I couldn't access and they refunded everything instead.

I've tried iTube Studio on two computers (both have Windows 10). It works very well on my main computer and downloads nearly everything. My other computer downloads a lot but chokes on Bitchute videos. For whatever reason, iTube Studio works better on different computers, even when the operating system is nearly the same.

My main computer crashed a month and a half ago. I looked online to see if there was anything Aimersoft could do to help, and they said you can ask for your registration. I did, and I had bought the software less than a year previously, yet they didn't have it. I managed to find it myself on my own external hard drives. I was a little annoyed that they would offer to send your registration, but not be able to follow through in my case. Does Aimersoft keep backups or not?

Despite a couple minor annoyances, like the software not working fully on my other computer, and the registration, I love this software. I'm so glad I bought it, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

Aimersoft, if you read this, I would love it if you could add a feature to backup the list of downloaded videos. Because of my computer crash, I have a folder of videos and no record of the URL they were downloaded from or in what order they were downloaded. These are great features that the software has - that you don't get from downloading from free sites.

Aimersoft Video Converter is the best there is I had the Windows version for 7 years Aimersoft kept it up to date, I have now got the new Apple Mac mini with the Mi chip and Wondershare (Aimersoft) upgraded me to the Mac and its just as reliable and will convert Audio files as well a Video I use it to remove the DRM from Audible audio books and convert them to MP3 to play on any device, as well as converting Video files to MP4 for the grandchildren's iPads
Wondershare (Aimersoft) have the best customer service Department I've ever used they always reply to emails within 1 working day.

I Don’t need the product any longer and want to cancel. There instructions are deceptive. They have a link to tap to cancel but it leads you to nowhere land. I will probably have to call my credit card company and refuse payment. I would have to advise the public To stay away.

Tried to use their free trial and it never worked for converting download Prime video files. I guess Amazon is smater than Aimersoft. I suspect that this software never worked. I am not going to give any company money unless they can demonstrate a workable product. After reading reviews here I am glad I didn't. I would imagine the few good reviews are from Aimersoft shills. Another indication that this is some foreign ripoff is the fact that there is nothing on their site to indicate where they are located.

The iTube Studio software is good and easy to use, but the commercial part is terrible. Once you have a subscription it is for live, it is impossible to cancel it. Only way is to block your credit card. I my optics this is just criminal. Don't do business again with this company.

I bought a life time license for video converter ultimate. I used it for 7 years and had no problem till wonder share bought them out. I got to update it and now it won't let me activate my product after updating. says my email been banned. I have contacted them and all they try to do is get me to buy more junk software. product still does not actavate I'm going to fair shake to file a claim this is bull don't buy from this company.

Trying to cancel automatic renewal with this company is like playing hide and seek in a snake pit. Products might be good. But they are a bit scammy the way the make it hard to cancel. So based off that they can get stuffed. Never again.

I've been using Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate under windows 10 for the past 2 years. Its faster and more reliable than any DVD ripping software I have used in the past. With free regular updates, I would highly recommend.
