The quality of the fabric received does not resemble that of the images in their sales ads. The actual product fabric is stiff, color is off, uncomfortable, and looks like some thing that you would use in an appliance filter.
It took several days for someone to reply to my telephone call and email when they did they explained a return or exchange would result in losses to the company and asked me to keep my (too small sizing) purchase. I Recommend that you do not spend your money on their products or hope that you can return or exchange it if doesnt work out.

Sent the wrong shirts. Know they expect me to pay to return them. Won't issue a refund. Now they won't respond to my emails.

Scam! Plagiarism! Clothing pictured is Carbon to Colbalt, right out of their catalog! What you receive is some polyester version that resembles nothing like what you ordered. China post. I have no idea how this company hasn’t been removed from fb ads, have reported them everywhere.
We lost $300. Our credit card company continues to leave our charges on stating they are legit!
Stay away from this company!!!

Ordered shirt came months later wrong size. Requested exchange or refund but instead received email stating that I could give it as a gift because it would be too expensive to ship. But they would give me 30% off on another order.

I ordered three items that arrived in two shipments sixty days after I ordered them. None of the items I received were what I ordered. I contacted customer service by email (phone number on site does not work). The only response was that it costs too much to return them so just keep them or give them away. NO REFUND! Instead, they offered 30% off on my next purchase. This company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This is a terrible company, do not buy from this company. I ordered three shirts and it took six weeks before I received the first shirt and it was the wrong shirt, one I never even ordered. I tried numerous times to contact the company and got no responses. I still have not received the remaining two shirts and it’s going on 8 weeks. STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I did the same as others- ordered 2 items. Poor quality and size. Got them after Christmas (took 29 days to receive) called the day after I received them asked for Return authorization. Got a msg from Aircasual@34service offering a discount of 30% on another product. Now they won't respond to emails and the phone answers says hold for person and then tells you to leave a message.

Ordered an item 1 month ago. The phone number is incorrect.
I suspect this is a scam.
Anyone know where the company is located.

I came across this company on Instagram. The products looked attractive so I bought a top. It did arrive but is such poor quality and is way too large. I did check the sizing chart and ordered the size appropriate for my chest size.
I contacted customer “service” and they will not issue a return address, preferring to offer me a discount off my next purchase. This doesn’t solve my problem.
Do not buy from this company.

2 months to actually get shipment. Horrible customer service, very poor quality of materials, They do not take returns as said on there site.
Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere.

I purchased two items totaling $80, I received a fake tracking number. I was told it would take two days for the system to update. I've emailed them every day and haven't gotten any information. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Again, no response. I doubt that I will hear from them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

COMPLETE SCAM.

Do not give them your hard earned money for garbage product. Complete bait & switch. I'm sure it will be a fight to get a refund.

Similar to other posts - the items received were not the items I ordered. The SKU numbers did not match on all but one of the items. On that one the image on their website did not match the item received. When I tried to follow their return procedure they responded slowly and with pre-filled responses which did not address or attempt to resolve the issues. They refused to credit my account and lied openly to Capital One about the transaction. I have now in my possession a pile of low quality garments i would never have selected which I cannot return and am out $233.32. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Aircasual pictures items from another clothing seller Carbon2Cobalt, but Aircasual sells imitation knockoffs made overseas. A part of my shipment arrived from Singapore; the other part I am still trying to have shipped to me after three months. I send emails and receive the emails other people have received "on its way in two weeks, eight weeks, our queue is slow" etc.
UPDATE 1/6/2023: After a credit card dispute was filed, Aircasual refunded the charges.

The shirts are nowhere near the look or quality they appear in the adds. Total CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quality of tissue paper that resembles the look of only the finest shower curtains from Lowe’s. If that isn’t appealing enough, the one shirt looks like I sponsor U-haul, as it mimics a moving blanket. I honestly wouldn’t wipe my *** with their product. I waited at the door everyday for 6 weeks! And what was received will now be used as a puppy pad for my dog.

ordered 2 nice shirts... it took 5 weeks to come in and when i got it, not the style color or size i ordered and cheap quality. nothing like what the website shows. very unreponsive and when they do write back, its just a cut a pasted response. "

Can you keep the goods in use? You can give it to others.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 2 months to get my order and it was wrong. They sent me 2 nasty looking shirts and would not give me a refund or let me return the items. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!

SCAM !!! I never received the shirt/ hoodie. I received something from a company from California. Which wasn't even close. Look line a Walmart special shirt. I have demanded a refund and I haven't received anything I get a automatic replay. Should receive in a few day. THIS SITE IS PURE FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THERE MONEY. BEWARE OF SCAM DONT BUY!!!!

Product not received 5-6 weeks after ordering. Not responsive to emails/calls.
