Supply of FAL 14C air conditioning unit with extra long ducting. I had a couple of questions regarding delivery and these were dealt with without any fuss. The member of staff was happy to wait when second parcel arrived and as had been damaged by TNT arranged an immediate replacement. Delivery was speedy (less than 48 hours). Would recommend company and no I don't work for them.

Hadn't heard of this company before so researched on here as well as other review sites, just to be safe. That's why I'd like to add my experience. Placed my order on Wednesday and my portable Aircon unit has just arrived! Very excited about this as, although it's cooled down, during heatwaves (which seem to be happening year on year now) the house is reaching temp's of +30degrees indoors. Finally decided to invest as the air cooler just wasn't cutting it, and so very pleased to have dealt with this company! If anyone is reading this, please ignore the negative reviews I've come across. They simply aren't true.

I spoke with Terry, and he couldn't have been more helpful, pleasant and efficient to deal with. Great advice given as the original unit I was looking at wasn't available. Thank you so much, Terry!! You're awesome ☺️! Never have I been so happy to part with a decent sum of money! Lol. Looking forward to cool days and, perhaps most importantly, nights!

Having looked at portable air conditioning units , I was having difficulty making a decision about which make and model to buy . I then spoke to Terry at Aircon247 and experienced the rare treat of speaking to someone who was knowledgeable about the products he sold .
I made my decision late on Monday afternoon , paid less than I had seen for the same product elsewhere and got free delivery . The unit arrived Wednesday morning .
Very pleased to have received the type of service that is all too often lacking .

Still to receive the product which is scheduled for tomorrow, but for customer service at the sales stage, on one of the hottest days in living memory, was great. The product I was after was out of stock but within 10 minutes had recommendations for 3 alternatives which was actually cheaper. Great service guys!

I aircon in the past and mine broke finally got round to replacing it got in touch with George wriglworth at aircon 24/7 he was so helpful didn't take them long and now it's like sitting in my fridge again nice and cool top team would highly recommend them 👍

Spoke to george who was very helpful in giving advice. He helped me place my order on line and promised next day delivery. To my surprise my new aircon delivery arrived next day at 11am very quick and efficient company to deal with and i would certainly recommend them to anyone in the future.

We needed a replacement air con exhaust air hose for our Brolin 18P unit ,which had split after 2 years of much use. I spoke to George today, who was very helpful and even allowed us a sizeable discount on the said item. The team managed to source a Unico unit from Italy in the middle of Covid and then held on to it at one of their depots until I was ready to collect and install. Good price and very helpful and responsive service - couldn't really ask for more.

I looked at the well presented website and had a couple of questions so gave them a call, George was Outstanding with both his product knowledge for my requirements and his professionalism. I was a bit nervous about getting an air con unit as I have no knowledge in the area but George really put me at ease and made the whole process painless , really looking forward to the unit arriving ready for the pending heatwave 10 out of 10

Few UK companies have real expertise in the Italian-built Unico Olimpia Splendid systems, but Aircon, headed up by George and his customer service colleagues, provided a quality service that is rare to find nowadays. Exceptional.

I purchased a Brolin air con unit about a month ago from Aircon247. It arrived promptly with no issues, despite the Covid-19 restrictions being in place.

I have used the air con unit a lot this week as temperatures have soared. The air con has worked perfectly for the space and the sleep mode was really good, not too noisy to leave on overnight.
