I have just purchased an air-conditioning unit for my conservatory, I found everyone very helpful and knowledgeable, and they advised which was the best unit to use, and it looks beautiful, and works even better. I would whole heartedly recommend this company and the very helpful people who work there.

Hi I live in a nursing home and have a south facing room - my room is always insufferably hot. Air conditioning centre to the rescue. I had a unit in mind but they advised a different unit that was a little more powerful and a little cheaper. Thank you. I’ve now tried the unit and can’t fault it. Excellent.
There is one minor suggestion. The unit is designed for the hose to go through a window, which is not possible here. To include a grille would give people a choice. (The staff in the shop were very helpful in telling me where I could get one). I have no hesitation in recommending the unit or centre. Thank you.

We were looking for a powerful and quiet aircon/ heater for my 3 year old orangery extension. It needed to look good, function effectively and be highly programmable/ controllable to inc a Wi-fi app.
The orangery has heating via under floor water pipes by the properties ground source heat pump but we found that the room of 36 sq meters needed cooling during sunny / hot days and needed an additional heat boost on colder evenings which was also robbing heat from two adjoining rooms.
So the new unit was to supplement the existing heating system and to cool the area.
We decided against conventional split systems with outside condenser motors with runs of piping as they looked unsightly and needed expensive Certified experts to install them. Portable units also didn’t fit the look we wanted and that they were extremely noisy in operation.
aircon 247 were advertising a very competitive all in price for the Unico Pro inverter 14hp model which we researched as being the best machine for our requirements.
Our point of telesales contact was George.
Whatever questions you had George would give you his unbiased opinion and would get answers for you even if he could not answer them, quickly, and thus made our decision to Commit to buy a natural progression.
The whole order and delivery process was seamless and quick.
George and Aircon247 offer what’s lacking from online sales today .. good old fashioned service , the buck stops with the person you are dealing with.
George sorted everything out and kept us totally informed.
I can only presume their after sales will be the same.

Excellent customer support from George and the team at Aircon247. My Fral SC14 failed after ten months excellent operation, and after return and inspection was declared as BER (Beyond Economic Repair). Instructions for doing this were supplied by George, who was helpful at all times. As a like for like replacement was not possible due to demand, have now received a full refund.

Initially spoke to George about information on air con units as we were upgrading ones onsite. George was very helpful and provided all information that I required. Aircon units were despatched as stated. Ordered spare parts from Ellie and she provided the breakdown of spare parts for the air con units which was very helpful. Overall very efficient and quick service. Would recommend to anyone looking for air con units

Excellent service. George placed a special order for an LG deluxe AC unit not available on their website and made extra effort to ensure a speedy delivery, given the delays due to COVID-19. All correspondence was timely and George took the time to explain to answer all my questions. Overall a great experience and will definitely buy again.

Excellent service. The unit we needed was not showing on website to buy and George helped us. George immediately tracked down the unit we wanted and came back to me on the same day with the link and ordering instructions. It was an easy order and the delivery speedy, with the unit delivered the next working day.

All contact with this company has been professional and courteous. George took the time to answer all my questions and delivery was swift and without any fuss. I’m pleased with the product which has worked as hoped for and appears to be of very good quality. Time will tell if it is as reliable as my 20 year old portable which this Brolin unit replaces. It appears to be a well-made high quality product and was sold at a very reasonable price too. My only slight niggle is the instruction book which is not quite as informative or detailed as I would prefer. Overall a five star experience.

When I first started to look into my particular air-con requirements, I spoke with George, who advised me on my air-con needs and suggested installing two Fral SC14 units rather than a much more industrial size unit.
The units arrived 3-4 days latter and look to be up to the task.
It is probably better to email any questions you have rather than calling on the phone. They may well have been experiencing a few issues the week I made my purchase but I wasn’t able to contact them on the phone but they did respond via email.
Could they improve on their service? Yes, but I found them to be helpful, willing to offer advice and in all honesty, what company doesn’t encounter the odd hiccup from time to time.
