Originally attempted to order a product which was unavailable or delisted due to a newer version now out. George and the team supplied a new quote which was competitive and therefore the order was placed. Ordered on a Tuesday and delivered 2 days later.
Excellent service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.

My internet research lead me to a Fral FSC14 machine which Aircon 247 seem to be the main UK stockist for. I spoke to George and another team member to ask a number of questions and to place the order. I was impressed how knowledgeable and helpful they were. They provided free delivery for the next working day and issued the invoice and delivery instructions promptly by email. I do not doubt that in the unlikely event of an issue with my Fral, Aircon247 will be more than helpful in providing the necessary support.

Just ordered my second Fral SC14 Air conditioner. I ordered one last year which performed amazingly well, and thought to have another for my 2nd bedroom. I have to say how pleased I am with the excellent service of care that I received from George Wrigglesworth. It is satisfying to know that good old fashioned service still exists with this company. Would recommend....

Excellent service - by mistake I ordered 2 portable air conditioners in separate orders a few minutes apart instead of just 1.
My mistake but they immediately queried the orders to check - thank goodness!

The ordering process was simple and straight forward. I paid via the phone, speaking with a man named George who was very helpful. The product has not been used yet but seems straight forward and like it will do the job!

George was extremely helpful on the telephone with my initial query and in placing my order. Unfortunately the courier didn't deliver in the requested timeframe but all ended well

i bought a kyr55 portable aircon unit from this company and they were very helpful until it didnt do what it was supposed to do, the company said it must be 'faulty' so it was returned and another sent,which still didnt live up to the expectations that they said. when i tried to return it they said i was to pay for the return fee but i refused, then it went to the manufacturer to decide and after 3 weeks of them passing the book i finally got the machine picked up by the manufacturer who said the machine was not faulty, when i asked for my refund i was charged £57.50 for the machine to be tested, so i only got part of my money back. this company is only interested in customers they dont have yet. stay well away !!!!!!

Came just as they said it would and works very efficiently and cools the room beautifully.

I have purchased a 2nd Unico Air Inverter 10Hp unit from this company for my garden room I put the order by phone to George last Thursday it was delivered 9am Monday morning and was fitted by 11am excellent service again. Thanks
