Shambles of a business

Bought a Tug from this guy and all I can say it was a shocker ! the wiring was dangerous and at best it was a bodge.
It does actually tow the plane so power is not an issue , but turning is near impossible.
You do get what you pay for as it was cheaper than others, but how long it will last is another matter !
I haven't bothered getting back in touch with them as reading other reviews it seems like they don't offer a backup service and arguing with somebody in Belgium is going to be a pain, you live you learn.

Fraud

I ordered an aux startbattery with a certain capacity. They sent me one that was vastly inferior which I returned. They refused to return the purchase price and demanded close to double price to send the unit I initially ordered.
