Never received refund

My flight has been cancelled by the aircraft company and AirFastTickets never refund me.
I ask them multiple times by email and by phone. They said my refund is in high priority but after 10 months, I'm still not refunded.
I will never use AirFastTickets again. Awful experience.

i have been waiting for a refund for 12months now,i have sent numerous emails and now they are not responding to any,i would not recomend this company to anyone .

Worse service I have ever received! DO NOT USE!

After the company made an incorrect booking on my card and admitted the sale had gone through twice and was their mistake they have still not refunded my money! , I have spent four months listening to their excuses and the matter has still not been resolved! The worse company I have ever used!

Overcharged

Agreed a purchase price in GBP. Looked at my credit card statement afterwards to find Airfasttickets had put the transaction through in Euros and had overcharged me by around £80. No answer when calling them. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to get the price difference refunded to me.

Airfasttickets - Failure to refund

I booked a flight through this company (AirFastTickets), to travel in mid June.The company contacted me several days before my flight to inform me that the flight has been cancelled, and they informed me that I was eligible for a full refund.

I contacted them several times through e-mail and phone and they keep saying it's being processed in the accounting department. So far it's been more than 7 months and I am yet to be refunded. Every time I call, all i get is false promises about my refund coming in soon.

I have tried to contact their accounting department, but they tell me that is not possible and that my case is high priority.But it's been high priority for more than 6 months and I've yet to see my refund.

Avoid at all costs

We booked return flights from UK to Ecuador for £750, which was cheaper than competing websites by around £50. However, since making the booking my experience with Air Fast Tickets was absolutely abysmal. They overcharged us by £80 for no apparent reason, something they originally denied outright, and it took multiple screenshots of bank statements to prove this. The communication within their team was really poor, as I was told eventually that the £80 would be refunded, and that it was with the 'relevant department', who would resolve it within 14 working days. To cut a long story shot I only got the refund (minus a 'transaction fee'(!)) about 4 months later, after sending over twenty emails and making numerous phone calls and sending two formal complaint letters, the second threatening legal action. During this process I was told a good few times that there was no manager whom I could speak with, or that someone would call me back, and they never did.

To make things worse Air Fast then contacted us saying the flight times had been changed, meaning our holiday was curtailed by 2 days, which obviously caused problems with our itinerary.

Basically, I would never ever use them again and I would discourage anyone doing so. They came across as understaffed, under-trained, under-managed and generally incompetent.

Avoid at all cost!!

I recently booked a flight from England to South Africa and unfortunately I had a bereavement in the family which subsequently meant that I could no longer take my trip. I sent over 20 emails to Airfast who did not care about my circumstances as they have already received their money. I attempted to change my flight but was initially informed that this would not be possible as they gave total control of the ticket to the airline.
I then contacted the airline and they told me that Airfast actually has the power to amend details on the ticket itself, contrary to what I was told by Airfast.
Airfast contacted me today (07/01/15) by phone and informed me that I had to pay an additional £400 to change the dates on my ticket (however this amount is an ESTIMATE as they have to wait for confirmation from the airline but it won't be less than £350) - I could buy another ticket for that price.

To say that I am fuming is an understatement!

Well I had to cancel my flight in the end and apparently will receive only my air tax back, although this remains to be seen.

This company is untrustworthy, unreliable and has no customer service. All they do is defraud people of their money with no intention of providing a service.

Please do not do business with them.

Never again!

We booked tickets from Paris to Moscow with this company. When we arrived at the airport to check-in, we were shocked that the airlines refused to register us for the flight. The representative of the airline company explained to us that they didn't authorize Airfasttickets to sell tickets for their flights, and we had to buy new tickets at the airport. We were lucky to get tickets for the same flights, otherwise we could miss the connection. Airfasttickets were 'happy' to refund the full amount of money, and three months later they are still showing their 'happiness' but no money. They even stopped answering my emails, they simply ignore my demand to return money. Please keep away from this company, they behave like crooks.

Avoid it all all costs..

Booked my flights from Buenos Aires to Mendoza back in June, price was quoted in GBP and this is what I thought I paid until I received my bank statement and saw that I was charged in Euros (it costs me £21 more). I filed a request to have the refund back in June. I am still fighting to get the differences back as of November 2014. Sent them emails, called them, left them messages on Facebook, left reviews on tripadvisor. They responded few times with the same standard message saying I will get the refund back soon.

Well after 4 months, I think i am not getting any money back from them.

Do NOT buy tickets from them!!!!!

I have never complained about a particular business through online sites before but thia company is just ridiculous. I booked a flight to Korea in June because the doctors found out she had stage 3 liver cancer. I was a student and didn't have much money so I borrowed a thousand dollar from a close friend and booked it. After booking the flight, my relative in Korea called me and said she doesn't have long time so I called them to cancel my ticket while receivinf promises that I will get my rwfund within 30 business days. Luckily my aunt bought another tickcet through a different travel agency the next day. It's been 5 months now... I've called and complained at least 40 times, and that's no exaggeration. I have been telling my friend that the refund will be due soon and I'll pay him back when it comes through. Customer service representatives are so rude that it makes me want to yell at them. Supervisor or the manager is never available. I can't ever get the date of my refund. I will never ever do business with these people. This type of business shouldve been shut down a long time ago. I cant believe how these company's are still in business. It's a shame.

AVOID AFT!!!!

After reading the other reviews we were lucky...but they are just TERRIBLE. I booked our trip for my 40th months ago due in Oct. I recieved an email in Sept stating my flights had been changed. No issues there. Then an email stating our hotel had been cancelled but reinstated...honest they said! I made numerous calls regarding this as I had emailed the hotel personally to check..guess what? No hotel booking! I chased them up again and a response was recieved from Greece I think PROMISING me all was well. I trusted them...BIG MISTAKE! Couldnt check flights in on line as AFT gave us wrong ref numbers. I arrived in Salzburg.... surprisingly. ..and yes you guessed it...at hotel..NO BOOKING. I was really tired... upset and worried. It took 2 hours to sort with me chasing AFT...whose customer service wasn't answering btw...so I had to call Go Global in Israel, the hotel booking people??!!!! Whose details were on a voucher AFT incorrectly issued. I have since complained but have been met with arguments. ..attitude....rudeness and incompetence. I suppose I should be lucky I got there and had my holiday eventually! My advice...DO NOT EVER EVER USE AIR FAST TICKETS....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

One star is one too many!

Bought my ticket with SAS airlines, who later rescheduled my flight to a time which was unsuitable for my plans, so they authorised a cancellation and a full refund. AFT promised by email that the refund would be paid 'within the day' on 14th May. It is now 24th September and I still haven't had my money back despite several phone calls, emails and Facebook messages to staff who simply fob you off with standard delaying responses. Mind you, if they have been suspended by IATA for not paying the airlines millions of euros, then my one hundred and fifty quid is probably not very high on their agenda!!

I have now reported AFT to my credit card company.

Atrocious Service

Aboslutely atrocious service. We cancelled our tickets and was told we will be issued a refund within 30-40 working days. After contacting them more than a couple times in the past few months, still no refund. It's been almost 3 months and still nothing.
Each time being told the same thing and no solutions being worked out, extremely poor service and company connections.

No refund for more than 3 months by now

I had to cancel two bookings with AirFastTickets at the beginning of June and they promised to send refund within 30-40 days. It's been more than 3 months by now and still no credit. Outrageous!

Avoid at all cost!!!

I booked a flight on SWISS through them for my summer holidays (Aug 2014).

When I turned up at the airport, I was horrified to find out that the flight I booked did not include luggage. I had to pay £60 to get an upgrade including baggage. SWISS told me to sort this out with the travel agent.

I must point out that I am a regular flyer, as I travel for work all over the world, and I book my own flights for all my trips. Some these require hold luggage, some don’t. So when I book flights, I always make sure I check the baggage allowance when I book (as I sometimes fly to Europe and stay over only a day or so, and sometimes I go to America for a week).

When contacting Airfasttickets to get the £60 refunded, I was welcomed with reluctance and cockiness. They insulted my intelligence claiming it was mentioned clearly throughout the booking process and in the confirmation email that my booking did not include luggage. They also challenged me to logon their website and check my past booking as proof.
Nowhere during the process was it stated clearly, all I could see was “baggage fees may apply” during the booking process, on my booking on their site, and at the bottom of my confirmation email.
As I was convinced that I booked a ticket including luggage, I ignored this. But Airfasttickets kept on claiming that it is clear, and that in their T&C they do not cover baggage fees.

I had to remind them that in the Oxford dictionary “may” expresses a probability, not a certainty.

Getting replies from them was a pain, and after their first reply, they closed the case as solved, when I replied, and said that the “solution” they offered was not satisfactory.
I had to reopen a case to follow up.

Only when I started mentioning writing negative reviews online about their service did their tone changed, and that they are taking my complaint seriously. They eventually agreed to transfer my case to the refund department for reviewing. But in true Airfastticket’s style, it has now been a week without any news, so here is my review.

So my advice is to stay well clear from Airfasttickets. Just check their online reputation, that should be enough.

Never again.

Overcharge on debit card

AirFastTickets took about £20 more out of my account than the amount appearing on my receipt for return flights London - Boston. After pestering them about 5 or 6 times over email and calling them they finally admitted the error and said they would refund it. I still have not received the refund over 3 months later. Apparently it takes 40 - 60 days to process. They could have done an awful lot more to reassure me that it was a genuine error and that they were doing everything possible to fix it. Instead I have spent a long time chasing them to get it back.

Long wait for refund

I have cancelled a flight ticket from the AirFastTicket with their promised to refund of stated amount after 30 days. I made the second call after waiting of 40 days without any refund into my account, with the next promised to refund within next 2 days. The third called has been made after a week of waiting and I have been asked to wait for another one week. The forth called after a week of waiting, and they still cannot give confirmation for the date of refund.
