I purchased ticket from airfasttickets.co.uk and add coupon discount and really satisfied with the lowest price that i ever had for flight from london- pakistan...

Never had any problem with the flight or ticket,Every thing was smooth and normal during my flight period.

So i would recommend to everybody to buy tickets through this website.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed to receive an email from Airfast Tickets notifying me that my booking status for my flight has been cancelled, in less than 2 hours from my positive confirmation of purchasing tickets of the flight, when i have not done anything to indicate that i wish for my flight to be cancelled. To my further horror, i noticed that my bank account has been debited with the full amount of costs for the flight-ticket which i had not at all cancelled. Tell me, is this not deceitful?! That i pay the full amount of goods/services that i would never get?!

My AFT Booking Number is AFT718583.

As a previous reviewer has also said. My card payment didn't go through and a day later my booking was cancelled. I'm now left with an increase in price. Nothing wrong with my card so it must be their booking system. The annoying thing is you don't find out immediately. I'd like to think this isn't anything but poor organisation on their part.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't bother with this company. I normally don't write reviews, but am so PO'd after spending hours on hold and talking with supervisors, I decided to write a review.

I bought two tickets from them two days ago, saw just one of the tickets were referenced on the confirmation email and immediately went to the airline web site to confirm I had actually bought two tickets. Much to my surprise my name was listed twice with my husband's middle name. I immediately called them to make a change to his name and was told they would confirm when the change was made.

Imagine my surprise when I got an email 18 hours later trying to charge me $85.00 to make the change for a mistake made by THEIR computer system. I even emailed them immediately to make sure my change was in writing. I have spent hours and hours today on hold, waiting for calls from supervisors etc., etc. etc.

Buyer beware!!! I finally got a reissue from Delta who told me they could have made the change at no cost. Delta charged me $50 to make the change and took control of the ticket cancelling the other ticket. Airfast has lost my business forever and along with my 4 other people who were going book with them.

I tried to book return flights using Airfasttickets and did not receive a second comfirmation email with flight details (as they advised).
They never contacted me during the 24 hours after so I chased it up and got a reply 3 hours later only to say they weren't able to book the tickets due to an undisclosable security issue! During that time the flight sold out and their future replies took near 12hours.
Would not book through this company again.
