ORDERED 2 AIR FRESHNERS ON THE 22nd of NOVEMBER 2022! ONLY ONE TURNED UP IN JANUARY!!! AND WHEN I EMAILED, I GOT TOLD THAT AS SOON AS THE OTHER SCENT HAD RESTOCKED YOU WOULD SEND IT OUT! I HAVE EMAILED A MILLION TIMES AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT TO MENTION YOU HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY!!

Smells just like actual cologne
I can’t lie delivery took a while but you have to contact them as they sometimes have issues with the courier, once you contact them your parcel will be on the move. I received mine and smells really good

Well I am sure the product will be amazing but a week on it’s still not here.. the tracking system says it was only posted yesterday. The buying process was very quick I must say. Love any website that lets you use Apple Pay so that’s for the win.

I ordered with 1-2 day delivery on the 30th of March and still haven’t received my parcel. I paid extra for it to be delivered quicker and doesn’t seem to have made a difference

In honesty I had come back and changed my review here, to begin with I was disappointed after I had paid for express delivery and it hadnt come as stated but after being contacted and they handed the situation in a very professional manner and refunded me. Make sure you put correct contact details if any issues, can appreciate the customer service and soon to test product.
