BEST ON THE MARKET!
The quality of the can and the way it sprays is truly unmatched! The smell is consistent not overwhelming but very long lasting to the point where I could smell it in my room 7 hours later. I bought the savage air spray which smelt exactly like my Dior savauge cologne the cans are truly amazing and I could easily recommend this to anyone as I have already recommended it to my family and friends which have bought some

No had a delivery yet 4 days and…
Have just found out that the delivery company are still waiting for the goods to be sent to them it’s now 5 days so it might be a delivery time of around 7/8 days and not 3/5 as stated in your advert😖😖

Customer service
Before speaking to customer service: I paid £30 for an item and delivery, 2 weeks later, and 2 or 3 goes at trying to contact them and i still have heard nothing, still not even a conformation email, never again will i be using air freshh, they say they pride themselves in customer care/service yet ignore customers just trying to find out whats going on with the product they ordered.
After speaking to customer service,
Had to come back and change my experiene: customer service where brilliant, gave me an honest anwser as to why it had taken so long and got it sorted and on track straight away! Gave me free express delivery and refunded me what i had paid for it originally! Will 100% be using again, products smell amazing too!

Awful company who doesn't send you stock and ignores emails
Not usually one to do reviews but this company has really annoyed me. Ordered 2 units 4 months ago for a Christmas present and still haven't received. Ignores all emails or replies with generic replies. Says out of stock and then the next email says its on its way. I even get emails from them to buy now on special offer but no reply when I email back! Its clear why they don't have a contact number. Very disappointed

Open parcel on arrival, broken seal and broken plastic cover, DOES NOT LAST AT ALL.
1st of all it DOES NOT LAST as advertised. The seal was broken (previously used) together with the plastic cover, the parcel arrived open. I can supply pictures if requested. I should have read the reviews before going ahead. People, please be aware, it's not worth it. You can buy better air fresheners at Morrison for a cheaper price than this which lasts longer. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I took my time to do it, as it is not really worth it.

Ordered on the 16/02/2023 sent an email on the 26/02/2023 as my parcel hadn’t arrived and tracker said still expecting parcel. I had a response saying if I could wait until the end of the week and if nothing they would rectify the issue for me. Emailed on 25/02/2023 to notify them that I had still not received anything. NO RESPONSE. So I have emailed again today see if they reply.

Terrible company orders products in January, had a email threw weeks later saying they was out of stock changed my order then they was out of stock, asked for a refund several times but not getting a reply at all now

I am disappointed after ordering as evri have on the tracking waiting for arrival of your parcel .. this was Tuesday it’s now Saturday and no change at all. Upon reading the reviews on trust pilot I thought here goes seems to be most people who are ordering are having the same issues .. Evri are bad but surely can’t be that bad otherwise you would use another delivery company .. I ordered another product from somewhere else with the same delivery time and it arrived yesterday. Hopefully can get a response on this issue .
