Absolutely love this, was a bit suspicious as seen an advert on Facebook, but took the risk and absolutely love it.
Couple of sprays last a long time.

I'll be back for more and try some of the other scents available 👍🏻

Absolutely shocking, paid for item three weeks ago no item received money taken and no replies to any emails absolutely terrible experience

Paid for 3-5 day delivery on the 1/02/2023 on the a bundle of 3 air-fresheners and still no products received 7 days later.

Ordered 3 cans of spray in January and STILL NOT received my order. Quick enough to take your money but now they've even stopped replying to me as soon as I asked for a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service and company. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone ever again. How are they getting away with this?

I ordered 3 cans of this airfresh on the 31st January and all seemed well. Was sent tracking number for evri and they were expecting it on the 1st. As I have kept checking its still expected. Have sent 3 emails and no response as of yet but they have asked me to rate my experience.

I have just received my order today and I would to thank leanne for all her help. As soon as I emailed her she got back straight away and sorted my order out. I would like to add they smell absolutely brilliant. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of having to chase them up. But that said can't fault service I received from leanne thank you

Really good long lasting spray , was very surprised at actually how long they do last , two sprays in the car and can still smell it 3 days later.

Just want to see if the hype was as good as it sounded. Well yes it is and I will 100% be returning for more products for future purchases, I even have recommended to friends to ditch the well known brand for these.

Paid for express delivery for no reason still hasn’t arrived

Cancelled my order and haven’t received a refund? But I’m receiving emails asking “how they did”

You sent an email asking to share my thoughts, well still haven't received the product despite you sending a tracking number showing its not been dispatched from you still. Cant be difficult to take payment then send out goods.

I ordered on Black Friday, and it soon became apparent that it wouldn't arrive within the few days advertised. They were selling stock they didn't have and emailed a week or so later to inform me that they were having issues with their supplier... It's an air freshener, it's not the end of the world but it's nice to be upfront about realistic delivery dates.

Anyway, over a month later, my order arrived between Christmas and New Year, but one of the two items was incorrect (Tutti Frutti is not Greed). It seems like they would rather just send anything out and avoid all subsequent correspondence. After emailing for almost two months about the initial order or incorrect delivery, i've only had a handful of responses.

I couldn't recommend these guys less at this point which is a shame as Hammy initially was good at keeping me in the loop about my order... since it arrived wrong, she couldn't be keeping herself further from my emails.

Placed order back in November and have yet to receive anything. Was informed in December that there was an issue with availability of my order from someone called 'Hammy' but would be resolved as top priority and order would be delivered within a week. I even got a notification that my order had been dispatched. However nothing arrived. Early January I received another email from Hammy again saying that they were having supplier issues so my order would be delayed until February, even though my order was supposedly dispatched...Hammy then asked if i wanted a different product to complete the order and it could then be immediately sent out. I replied with what I would like and it has now been 10 days with no response. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and who knows it could be a terrible product as well. Will find out if I ever receive my order.

SCAM!!!!! Obviously some rude boys from Manchester trying to scam the public, ordered in November still nothing and no response to emails on my product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered mid November and still have not received my order. I was informed they had problems with their supplier and there will be a delay. Few days later another email was sent saying your order is our top priority and you will receive it next week….it is now January! I have contacted them numerous times via email and social media, yet no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Haven’t received my spray yet as it said it would only take up to 3-5 working days clearly a scam.

Absolutely joke ordered at the back end of November product didn’t arrive till Christmas Eve and half of my order was missing. I am now being ignored from customer service. They asked me to rate their product for the website it seems to be that they have removed my 1 star review
