You could help by delivering my order, when you say you'll deliver by???

There was a slight delay on my order but was definitely worth the wait. Was informed by customer service that there was going to be a delay so I didn’t mind waiting.. product itself is definitely a strong 10/10 for me. Keep up the good work guys!

To be honest I'd give no stars if I could! Ordered an air freshener on 30 November with the confirmation text showing as delivery being tracked and 3-5 days. Well nearly 3 weeks later, still no product and no further confirmation! I have emailed them and no response. I bet they are raking in a tidy profit judging by all the bad reviews and items not received! Avoid at all costs!

Edit - shortly before Christmas I received a message apologising for the delays and advising they had a limited team due to illness and that they were a young brand trying to deliver a great product. In recompense they posted the product out express delivery for no further charge. Although it did not arrive for Christmas I did receive it the day after Boxing Day. So, all is good but took a while to get there!

Item still hasn’t come despite paying for express delivery ( it’s been a week or so). Nobody answers your emails either. Very disappointed.

Seems like a scam to me, ordered over a month ago and yet to receive anything. Emailed them a couple times and no response. Avoid! - Edit: I have now received my order, the product is good just a shame about the extremely long delivery and not great customer service, loses two stars for this.

This is my second of 2 orders from here, first one had no issues, was shipped and arrived in good time. My second order however, has now been over 2 weeks and still no information on what’s happening with my order, have tried to get in touch using the contact us form but have had no reply and item still shows as unfulfilled. I don’t see how the service can go down hill that quickly, at this rate I’ll be lucky to get my order before Christmas because they’ll be sending through Royal Mail as there’s no other shipping option. Absolutely disgraceful, shocking customer service, I expected a lot better after my previous experience.

Scam stay away I would of gave 0 stars if I could of, I order 2 bottles on the 25th of November it is now the 11th of December and I have still not recieved anything I have also contacted them via email twice with no reply (great customer service) I'm so glad I only spent around £12

Quick update it's now Feb 21st and I have still not recieved my order from the end of Nov this company is a joke and to top it off I keep receiving marketing emails from the company asking to purchase items and reviews my order

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

I’ll get the bad out of the way first - towards the end of 2022, as we all know, times were difficult, unprecedented delays with everything. This definitely effected AirFreshh.

I ordered my sprays on 26/11/2022 and only received them on 11/01/2023. Contacting people about information on what was happening was difficult to say the least. After a couple of copy & paste replies - I took to leaving pretty terrible reviews about AirFreshh (on Facebook & Trustpilot). This seemed to have gotten the attention of the Owner of the business whom contacted me personally via telephone on 06/01/2023 profusely apologising for the entire experience, he explained that the unprecedented situation with imports & exports due to strikes had, of course, effected their business due to not having the stock from the producer to then fulfil their consumer orders - this is understandable. He further went on to explain that the reason the customer service was so slow/unhelpful was due to a lot of advisors being off sick over the Nov/Dec period and newer staff being untrained - this also is understandable. He reiterated his apologies and went on to say that he’s personally been trying to rectify all of the issues, having sleepless nights trying to bring the whole situation to an end - this I sympathise with.

The owner, as a goodwill gesture, sent me my order and has also arranged for another free product to be sent mid February when it’s back in stock, which I am very thankful for.

I consider the bad with AirFreshh a thing of the past - and truly believe that the company was just badly effected by tough and unprecedented times which many of us and other companies will have felt over the last few months - they should not be completely set aside due to these issues out of their control.

Now on to the product itself, I received the ‘AMilli’ & ‘Oud Ombre’ - I’ll go ahead and say the Oud Ombre is absolutely class, with strong tones of wood it lingers for what’s been around 3/4 days since I sparingly used it around the house to test it, it’s not overpowering and you don’t need to use a lot, literally go into a room hold it high and 2/3 second burst it around (aiming in the direction of fabrics to get the scent to stick). 10/10 for the Oud Ombre.

Now onto the AMilli spray, I was looking forward to using this one, and honestly - it smells nice, well, it smells great! But I just don’t feel like it lingers as long as I’d like it to, maybe it’s just me, but when I sprayed it in my car, the next day it was as if I’d sprayed nothing - I’m trying to think of reasons why - such as car vents letting the scent out & leather seats not absorbing the scent, but like I say - it doesn’t feel like it sticks around.

I’m looking forward to receiving the goodwill gesture product in February which will be the ‘Invincible’ Spray, I have high hopes for it and hopefully it can redeem the lack of lingering scent for the ‘AMilli’ spray. I will update when/if I receive it.

All in all this far I give AirFreshh 4/5 and I hope that they recover from the tough times and go on to grow over the coming years!

So I ordered 2cans on the 26/11/22 payment has been taken but no product as of yet considering it’s a 3-5 working day delivery and now I’m sent emails to rate and give my opinion, hmmm what did you really think I was going to say. Up to now I’d say it’s a scam and urge anyone else to not purchase.

Absolute scammers. Advertise Black Friday deals and take your money knowing full well they don’t have stock. They wait till you pay and then tell you your items are on back order. Email sent… still waiting for a response. Order #20921

Absolute shocking service placed my order on 09/11/22 and still not received my order I have contacted them a number of times and the reply’s have been we’ve had no delivery but they was also advertising for Black Friday sales with out any stock seems a bit of scam to me luckily I only spent £10 and obviously will never be ordering from this s**t site again

Order received quickly and the scent is exactly like my favorite perfume! Will be ordering again soon.

Ordered 15/11, have emailed 3 times with no response and no product! Happy to take your money though!! Don’t waste your time or money!!
Rubbish company!

I ordered 2 cans of this product over a week ago and paid for 1 to 2 days shipping, but it still hasn't been shipped. not sure if I will ever get them :(

I have had a reply to my email and they are saying it has been due to supply issues so should be sent this Friday 9/12/22. I will change the star rating if this happens!!

I payed extra for 1-2 day delivery and I’ve still not received my order 3 days later

Amazing products, smell exactly like the inspired scents. Really long lasting too, can still smell the scent after a week just after a quick spray and they also come in a large can too so one of these lasts ages. Also really carefully packaged, so the products arrived in perfect condition.
Would highly recommend these sprays!

Placed my order 12/11/22. It’s been on early two weeks I placed an order. No update email or anything to let me know what was going on.
