This convenient service is worth the fee. As I didn't know what I was entitled to for the two day delay Norwegian Air gave me, I would have missed out on my entitled compensation. My flight was delayed 4 hours, and when someone asked for my details to help get me compensation I didn't think it would ever ever lead anywhere. But when a year later they got me almost all the flight price back I was over the moon!!! So impressed with their services and customer support. Yes it’s real. I would definitely recommend using this company if you experience a flight delay. It took a while (solely due to delays on the part of the airline), but I got paid around $500 for a delay in NYC headed to London. Highly recommend.
