I had some serious concerns with providing this random person my contact information at the airport but just two months later I received all the money for the flight that was canceled from Chicago to Barcelona. 10/10 would recommend you work with Airnsquare.

Easiest process ever for dealing with an airline refund! Yes, they take a fair commission off the top, but the consumer signs one form and Airnsquare personnel take it from there. Email responses are almost immediate and you are kept in the loop the whole way. I hope we don't need them again but if the situation comes up I'll let Airnsquare handle it!

Honestly, I thought it was a scam. I did some research, everything online said that the only downside was the 30% they keep, which honestly is fine since I did practically nothing. Direct deposited into my account about two months after the flight. Thanks!

I had a very bad experience with Norwegian Air this August, my flight got cancelled, I didn't make my connection in London and had to get a hotel.... A nightmare!! A very nice gentleman from this company took my info down, I didn't give it much thought. Last Month I received an email that I'm entitled for compensation for 840 euros (between me and my son). I first ignored it, no way was I going to give out my account number, I thought it was a hoax. They assured me that it is not a scam and that money can't be taken out of my account. I went to my bank, they told me the same thing. Okay, I gave them my account number and in three business days I had the money. I'm impressed with their service, highly recommend it. And if their fee is $180 per claim, they deserve it!!

Thank you for getting me the money I deserve back for my 15 hour delayed flight!
