I gave up on my compensation months ago but Airnsquare did not. Despite the pandemic, rumors of bankrupcy, bailouts & general calamity, the airline suddenly paid up. Very impressed, Airnsquare.

First class all the way. Sitting in the airport waiting for a new flight to Spain as original flight a day earlier cancelled for reasons we still do not know. We were approached by Airnsquare staff who offered to help with remuneration. We lost 2 days of travel, but were entirely reimbursed for our roundtrip flight. All done via email. Four of our group of 6 were reimbursed with little delay, but again for unknown reasons we were denied. Airnsquare came forth once again, resubmitting our claim, and full payment was received. They are first class all the way.

My flight to barcelona was delayed 2 days. When I spoke with the airline personally they declined to compensate me in anyway. Airnsquare worked with the airline on my behalf and got a refund for my full round trip flight. It took about 8 months but the money was deposited right into my checking account. They were easy to work with, responded to my emails, and got the job done. Really grateful for their help!

Long story short.
We missed our flight because of some trouble with the airline. And the same airline lost our luggage’s so in our vacation we got our things on the 4th day of the vacation.
The air company didn’t want to pay for our lost bags. But Airnsquare helped us to get paid for the things we needed to buy. And above that they even helped us to get paid for the missed flight.
I have forgotten about it and then me and my wife get an e mail about payment.

We were skeptical when someone from Airnsquare approached us during a long delay at the airport about a delay compensation that we might be entitled to. We did a quick internet search and saw nothing but glowing reviews. So we thought why not we have nothing to lose. After speaking with the representative from Airnsquare we signed up. Within minutes we got an email confirmation from them. It took approx 6 months from start to finish. Airnsquare not only did all of the work, they kept us updated regularly. I wish ALL companies were as proficient as Airnsquare! I highly recommend them!!

I would have been suspicious of this company, if it was not that I read about it in the Boston Globe. I had been delayed for over 9 hours on a flight to Belgium, but it was more than 6 months before I learned about Airnsquare. I contacted them anyway. They were very responsive and told me they could still make a claim. After that everything went exactly as advertised. Filled out their online forms, telling the story. Today, about 2 months later, I received $460 in my bank account. I will let all my friends know about them.
