My problem is that there are NO assembly instructions showing where the ball goes and what is the funnel for and where does it go? Making me crazy!

In my opinion device needs ,:more holes or holes in little bit largest diameter, I combine device with metal balls from Chinese device OPEP it's more I'm not satisfied little bit 1

Delivery was great
Delivery was great. Haven't started using the device yet until I meet with Pulmonary in July. Specialists do take awhile to get appointments. Just don't want to use something without approval from Doctor. If he gives the go ahead I will follow up to let you know.

The quality of the product
The quality of the product. I'm only actually using it for three minutes once or twice a day, although I intend to use it three times a day. Eventually I intend to keep to the recommendation of five minutes three times a day.
When I use the AirPhysio I can almost feel it doing me good. It may clean your lungs--it definitely seems to strengthen them.

A bit early to tell
The device arrived relatively quickly to my overseas location through Australia Post. It is easy to use and instructions are clear. However I don't feel my lungs or chest vibrating when I use it, as stated on the instruction leaflet. My cheeks and throat vibrate. On the other hand my mucus problem has dried up quite quickly but I can't tell whether it is solely due to my AirPhysio device. But I certainly believe that it will help my lungs. I will keep on using it. Easy to get into the habit while watching TV in the evenings.

In the beginning, we recommend doing what you can and not overexerting yourself and over time you will be able to get the ball to move for more extended periods of time. It is also best to get into a routine of using it 2-3 times per day, I recommend morning and night in intervals of 5 minutes for at least 2 weeks.
In some cases, it can take a little longer to see the desired results as it is on a case-by-case basis, so please stick with it. The increase in lung strength and capacity comes from continued use of the device, like going to the gym.

The only thing I can say is I never received my order. I emailed customer service and was told the order came to my address. That I need to check with the post office as it sent there instead of Ups. So that's that $104.00 out of pocket for something I never received. How can you make this better you ask ? Send me a package thru Ups or special delivery like you advertised instead of the Post Office. You know, this is the 1st time I have never received something ordered. Go figure !
