They are a scam! they changed 3 times the tracking code of my parcel. But they are missing something, Yes I will take all legal means at my disposal to protect my rights! All people having suffered this scam should unite .

Ordered the Economy bag. The lettering is messy, the bag does not look as promoted online and the question mark is in 2 spots. Sent a request for refund no response x2

Placed an order 2 weeks, ago.
Every response says, 'delivery next week'

scam - waiting, money is away, but no delivery

Ordered a bag tag for a friend and it keeps showing it was delivered but it never was and support is a joke. Only automated responses and nothing else. Ridiculous.

Edit: they sent a replacement and I received it. Updating from 1 star to 2 because the whole ordeal took almost 3 months for a bag tag.

I purchased a carry-on from AirportTag, and I love it. I would give it a 4 or 5 rating. But I want to change the cover - the site sells new carry-on covers - but there are no instructions on changing the cover from one purchased to a new one I wanted to purcahse.
From the site, I was told to check online, but they had no instructions on their site.
That is lousy

I ordered a fanny pack.
Pro: The product (fanny) is very good sized, with place enough to store passport, ID, large wallet.
Negative: It is made out of textile and from the site picture you cannot tell this. It is not shinny, clean looking as it looks in the picture. It looks a bit dusty and dirty, due to the fact that the white is actually more to gray. Please remove the filters from the image and let the product be as it actually is.
Another problem was the long delivery. I ordered it on Jan 5 and it came on Feb 2 (US to Europe, Romania). I had to ask twice what is the status of the delivery, as the site and transporter did not provide an updated status. Good thing is that they replied back, fast. Another problem was that it came to the postal office and not to the address indicated by me.
I ordered it because I love everything related to aviation and travel. I believe the product could look even more qualitative, better aspect. Until then, I will not order again from here.

Order never showed up. They apologized and told me a new shipment is on its way. The trackingnumber still not working after over a month of waiting.

UPDATE: They came back and granted an exception
for the exchange. While still not the best situation, I increased to 3 starts because of this.

AVOID THEM. They are not accommodating at all if you received something as a gift. I attempted to EXCHANGE, not even return, a shirt from them for a different size. Since the gift was bought in November and it was a Christmas gift in December, they refused to do an exchange. I would NEVER buy from them again.

This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them please. I made a purchase with them and after one month it was still showing in the tracking number that the package was in the same place. After contacting them they replied that international purchases could take up to 7 weeks to arrive. Eventually I contacted them again saying, 7 weeks had passed and no item had arrived, I wanted my money back. No reply. Also they show excellent reviews on their website but yet I cannot place a review myself. Complete scam.

I ordered Dec 3rd and as of today January 8th I still didn’t receive anything. First time customer service came back, telling me it still was within the promised shipment days - after some more approaching from my side about expected delivery date - silence. When tracking - no movements since Dec 24th ☹️☹️☹️

No answer for emails , goods order 2 weeks ago , no money no sending , no answer.

I placed an order on December 3rd, their website states processing is done in 3-5 days. As of today (December 14th) my order hasn't shipped and I can no longer get anyone to respond to me. At first the excuse was Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it would take 4-8 days to process. I asked to cancel the order however was told it was in production and ready to go out the door last week. Still not here and still crickets from their customer service department.

Purchased a flight ticket mug. It arrived on time and the product is super cute!! Image is a tad bit fuzzy but overall really nice. Love it!

I have sent three emails with no response!! All I ordered was a phone cover! SLOW and no communication! I love their stuff BUT it’s too much work dealing with them! Disappointed!!

The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.

I get packages faster from China then I do Airportag. expect to wait more than 4 weeks.

Online support is helpful, very supportive!

Great product lines, good service and delivery when promised

I have ordered a few items from Airport Tag including watch bands for an iWatch and a really cool passport cover, which makes me feel like I am a real Italian. The quality could not be better. I am completely satisfied with my products from Airport Tag and feel others should try the offered products from this company.
