Clock arrived inoperable and needs to be repaired!

Love their “Do I Look Like I Fly Economy?” t-shirt! Got lots of laughs on Facebook! :-)

Still waiting for items more than a month after ordering. Customer service is intermittent and almost nonexistent. Starting to think this is a scam.

Ordered a t-shirt from Airportag... the "Do I look like I fly economy?" one. It arrived quickly and was PERFECT! I love the understated simple lettering on a comfy t-shirt vibe!! T-shirt material was soft and not the modern day "99% nylon" or what have you... that make all shirts feel like clingy exercise gear (sigh). I could not be happier! Thank you!

I wrote previously that the company was a scam because it took several weeks to get my order. I could not contact anyone as the company doesn’t have a phone number. Chatting with them is hit or miss, sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. I did eventually receive the luggage I ordered and the bags looked nice. So, I am changing my review and giving them 4 stars instead of 1 I originally gave.

I really like this pouch because it is the perfect size to add organization for when I travel. It is perfect for hair accessories or electronic accessories and I loved that I could customize it with the date and destination of our trip.

I think that Airportag is a scam website that advertises to suckers like me on Instagram. I purchased the Life Vest Kitchen Apron based on the cute pictures on their website. It is the worst piece of junk and exceedingly overpriced to boot! I bought it as a gift, and it is so poor in quality, feel and appearance that I wouldn't think of giving it as a gift. The "apron" is obviously mass produced by stamping the "art" on sheets of thin plastic-feeling polyester (if it is even cloth!) and cut out. No hemming, no dimension at all to the item, the ties aren't even part of the apron itself . . . it comes with four strips of poor-quality cloth (??) strips that have to be attached to the apron with buttons. I posted a review on the website, but . . . ahaaa! . . . strangely no negative reviews appear at all!!! Including mine. Think about it . . . when did you ever see a product with reviews that are all 5-stars??? I gotta believe that the reviews are bogus.

took 2 months of hassling them to send what was ordered, when it came it was cheap crap, avoid this company.

Never Received Order
I placed a good-sized order for my team at work on November 24, 2022, hoping to gift them at a work event in early December. My order was first delivered to the wrong state. When I noticed this through tracking, I was informed that the order would be sent and arrive on time for my event. It wasn't. Tracking stated that it was delivered later in the month, but I had a mail hold in place and it was not delivered on that date, or at the end of the mail hold. Customer service said they would open a claim with USPS. That was on December 28, 2022. I have contacted them multiple times since, that date, and have not received a response. Their website is no longer accepting inquiries, as well.

Great quality, delivery was on time all around just a great experience. Whould totally buy from them again!!!!

The stitching was coming apart along the seem. I contacted the company and got no solution

A great product. Not cheap material. Loads of compliments already! We LOVE the shirts!

Ordered Christmas presents in November. Had to pay delivery fees of app. $ 25 for delivery to Europe. The first things got sent after two weeks to Boca Raton (???). Was super difficult to get in touch with anyone at the company. They finally told me that they had made a mistake and a part of the order was on it's way to the correct address. And that they would ship the rest on that very same day, which of course didn't happen. Complained to the credit card company and voilà the rest arrived, BUT I had to pay an extra of $25 for customs (cos they had forgotten to state that custom free). So in total I paid more for shipment and customs then the products cost me. NEVER AGAIN!!

Love this, love their products! also got the little makeup bag, bath mat & passport holders. All big hits for gifts.

Total scam company. Do not order from them. Ordered a Christmas gift a month and a half ago and still nothing. Response said things are sent out 4 to 6 days after receiving order and it’s been a month and a half and nothing —no response from emails —no connection —no number to call. I will be reporting them as a scam company!!!!

Update:
My Order finally arrived, I was lucky to be at home because there was no name on the parcel just the words "shippin, shipping" and my street... well nevermind, so I changed the review to 3 stars, quality is good, communication with the company is horror. Won't order again, but I'm happy that the loooong waiting had a happy end!

I would give no star if I could. Ordered an item 1 month ego, nothing happend, nothing arrived. Wrote the customer-service, they said I can't get a refund because it was shipped just the day I asked for the refund... But until now nothing happend. Lost 110 Euro. Don't order anything there, total scam

Proper scam! They said the order will be shipped within 4-6 working days, nothing…I have messaged twice to check when will it be shipped as I need it for Christmas. I was given same automated messages. “Shipment will be prepared soon”. Asked them to cancel the order and asked for a refund which got completely ignored. “Shipment will be prepared soon” then after second attempt of cancelling I was told the order was shipped. Guess what. 4 days and the tracking says “shipment being prepared” so the items will definitely not come before Christmas as they haven’t even been dispatched yet. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company as this is nothing but a scam! Then they have the audacity to ask for a feedback on their customer service. What a joke!
