Driver was punctual, friendly and well presented. We forgot a phone on the coach and were able to get in touch seamlessly to organise for it to be posted to us. Having the same driver for our to and from which was on different days was helpful to our group travel at the end of July.

The best transfer service ever! I’ve been using their services for years and this year (as always) they were impeccable! Punctual, kind, respectful, they guide and assist you step by step, always available! Their buses are clean, comfortable, and spacious! Every summer, at least 100 students travel with them, and we have always been extremely satisfied! I truly recommend relying on them for your transfers and your trips!

Our Sports Club has used this provider for a number of Youth Fixtures this season and the drivers have been friendly and the coaches are new, clean and well equipped. They are decent value for money and have always turned up on time.

I booked an airport transfer on the Airport Bus Express website for my recent trip to Luton airport. The booking service was quick and easy to use and they made it clear when and where the bus was picking me up. They seem to have a good selection of route and ticket options 😊 Thanks for a great trip!

Worst customer service ever with this company, after being refused entry on a bus that we pre booked, we contacted customer service about a refund, as we did not get to use our tickets, we had to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport, we emailed n the 29th December 2024, explaining what happened and how rude the bus driver was, today is the 8th January 2025 and we have not received any reply from them. My advice to public is keep clear of this service.

I never write reviews but I needed to write one about this service. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUS!!!!
I waited at the bus stop for 40 minutes and no bus arrived (according to the timetable 2 buses should have passed during this time). I was on the phone to customer service (called 6 times before getting an answer) who said the bus should be there but it wasn’t. Had to pay £60 for an Uber to the airport instead.

Don’t bother with this unreliable service - you will waste your time and money

Poor customer service. Information on the website is incorrect, the people who answer the calls just wanna hung up on you. They do not respond to emails either. First and last time I’m booking with them

I am appalled by the shocking service I received on the Airport Bus Express on October 6, 2024. As a passenger with disabilities, I faced not just neglect but outright rudeness from the driver.

After boarding in my wheelchair, I discovered the onboard toilet was locked. When I politely asked the driver twice to unlock it, he refused and mockingly suggested I “urinate outside.” This level of disrespect is unacceptable.

The driver, displayed a complete lack of customer service skills, treating me with disdain instead of empathy. His behavior was not just rude; it was degrading and humiliating. By the time we reached our destination, I had an accident due to his negligence.

This experience was not just disappointing, it was traumatic. A company of this size should prioritise the needs of all passengers, especially those with health conditions. They have ignored my emails, hanging up on my phone calls, rude over the phone. I urge others to think twice before using this service, as it clearly lacks compassion and basic decency.

Amazing customer service who reacted so quick and got my lost item returned within hours. Absolutely great! I had some valuables that I was very grateful to receive back.

My bus was perfectly on time and I found great assistance from Airport bus express staff. Unfortunately after having left the bus I realized I left my handbag with all my documents on it and found great help in recovering it, particularly from Giulia and Momana. They both went above and beyond to reassure me that they would find the bag and indeed they did.

Bus was late. Said it runs every half an hour. I started waiting at 2.05 in the morning. Bus didn't run till 3.05 am! Ridiculous service when you are cold and tired! They are £1 cheaper than national express. Do they really want to market themselves as a service that is smidgen cheaper but extremely unreliable, particularly after a late flight when a punctual service is most needed?!!! The man who sold the ticket to me said they faster and cheaper than National Express. There was a National Express that left 45 minutes earlier that I had to miss. Such an unreliable service and dishonest selling is borderline fraudulent!

I want to thank Airportbusexpress for their professionalism and accurate trip schedules. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mohamed Hassan Abdille for helping me find my lost AirPods which I forgot on bus trip last week and to Ms. Julia for making the ticketing process smooth. It was a great experience, and I will definitely travel with you again. Thank you all!

It’s been an early start, having to get up at 4, to leave my hotel in ischia at 5.30am. Arriving at London at 2pm, quite exhausted. Natalia at Airpot Bus Express at London Stansted Airport has been very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I’m now on my way to Stratford.
