Site is confusing. I thought I was on park n go web site and asked for cruise parking and since I’m a veteran tried to get the veteran discount. Could not get either one corrected. Thought maybe they did not offer veterans discounts anymore so after booking called park n go and they informed me that I was not actually on their website and they still do offer veterans discounts.

It was very easy to book. Once we got to the parking area, it was a little confusing to figure out if we should wait at the bus shelter in the garage or walk to the hotel. I know the email mentions the times for the shuttle but having it by the stop would be reassuring.
Now that we know how it works, will definitely use this again!

Don’t be in a hurry! You better arrive early enough to still give yourself the 2hr window for the airport. Representative was polite and professional, but a little slow. The driver on my return trip was very slow, taking time to converse with his friends. I had to call 3 times (in a hour) before the driver arrived. The hotel was approximately 6 minutes away from the airport.

I always use EZ parking because they are adorable and the service is great and the staff is very friendly.

When waiting for pick up we did not know where to go. No one told us. So when I called the very rude man snaps at me and only tells me it’s a yellow van. So I wait for 20 minutes no yellow van. I call again and he says it again it’s a yellow van and to wait. I wait longer no yellow van. I call a third time and then he tells me I’m in the wrong floor and to go to a different floor and the yellow van will be there soon. We go to that floor and wait and about 10’minutes later yep a yellow van comes and we get on. Then the yellow van takes everyone to a parking lot that isn’t ours that driver tells us we are on the wrong yellow van. This is a whole different company. So I call the very rude man back. Meanwhile this other company got permission as he was now off duty to take us back to the airport. I call again and very nice woman answers and says they will send another van as others are there too but that their van is yellow with purple writing and says Shepard on it. We finally got a person who explained what we needed to know. And we were able to get on the right yellow van Never will we book with this company ever again

The rooms are very nice and clean. All the employees were extremely helpful and accommodating to your needs.
I would have to honestly say that staying there was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had top to bottom. From the desk personal, your restaurant staff and just your accommodations.

Please check the cancellation policy extra careful. It impossible to cancel on the same day. Information unclear about cancellation after 24hrs.

Have not received my receipt. Somewhat confusing reservation system. Hope I didn’t screw it up

I was expecting to see a small office where I would greet someone. My arrival was to 180 Attwell which is nothing but parking and huge office buildings. I ended up needing to call someone, who arrived quickly. Then everything went smoothly. On your website make it more clear that you need to make a call. :-)

booking process was easy

I booked prime park based on price. I knew nothing of this services when I booked it and was a bit nervous, but everything turned out perfectly. I would recommend it.

It was incredibly easy, very friendly, no waiting, much easier than the long term parking option through the airport. This is my new parking plan from now on on.

We have used Music City Sheraton multiple times. Easy check in and parking and shuttle runs every 20 mins or so. My favorite at the Nashville Airport.
