If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Worse customer service.
I just booked my flight July 28 to August 4 and in July 1 week those guys returned my car with a muffler broken and they didn't take any responsibility of it knowing that i left my car in good condition when I parked there, I had to fix the car at the time that I arrived at Toronto otherwise I couldn't get my family safe to my house. They didn't take any responsibility at all , the worse customers service i will never use this company again. And obviously I don't recommend it to anyone especially .2026 August 28 it was not too far from today keep it in mind.

Easiest process ever
Easiest process ever! I pulled in, was told where to park, and the shuttle was waiting for me as I exited my vehicle. Since it was my first time, the driver pulled around to show me where pick up would be when I return.

So booking went great as always
So booking went great as always. I waited almost 2 hours for pick up. Had to call twice. Then they arrive and didn't know that I'm supposed to be picked up because the driver didn't know about me. Had to show my reservation to get in the van.

I attempted to book parking and was charged twice
I attempted to book parking; was informed by the website the booking did not go through. I tried three times then I gave up and booked another lot, also through this website, where the payment DID go through. So far so good! Until I found out they charged me for BOTH even though I didn’t get the notice for the one that didn’t initially go through until after my flight would have taken off! Their customer service does not have an easy way to explain issues and request a refund - so all I can do is warn you, my fellow travelers.

have use airport reservations a few times. wasy to make reservations. we use the Home2 Hilton in ridley park, pa. nice hotel and good, secure place to park. reasonable prices. when the battery was dead on our car at pickup, they were very helpful. will use airport reservation website again

Easy & Affordable
Booking through this platform was seamless & affordable !! I usually book with Parkn'Fly but I had enough with them this passed February. Hoping the transport will be as easy as the booking process !! :)

The service is good
The service is good, but the location is not that easy to find (gps get confused), and there is a general lack of signage. The do shuttle you to the airport in your own vehicle, so I was happy that I chose the car ( I was going to park my motorcycle - lucky I didn't). The driver was very friendly, and I look forward to experiencing the pick-up when I get back.
