You may cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time up to and including your scheduled arrival date. If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

Not a reliable parking reservation company
I made a reservation for parking at LAX and without a request from me, my reservation was cancelled and my credit card charge was refunded. Users should be careful as this company can cancel your already paid reservation without a request from the customer. Not a reliable business.

Very easy to make our valet parking reservation. We like the fact that there is also free shuttle service to port terminal and back to the parking area. Can't talk about more, as this is our first time using this service.

Made the reservation for my long term parking through their website and simply showed the hotel my receipt. They then issued me a parking pass and I was on my way. The reviews for the parking sites are legitimate. I picked a highly rated parking lot and, sure enough, it was a smooth process.
