waited 40 minuets for pick up at airport, had children along. will never use this business again!!!

Friendly staff. Was not charged any additional fee as my flight was delayed by 5 hours.

Parking lot convenient to LAX airport

Only minor issue is if they can inform guests that when they are looking for a parking shuttle bus back from LAX Airport to the QuikPark, they should mention they share with Hilton Hotel as QuikPark Logo on back half of the transport.

I have used this site for parking reservations for many years. I have found a parking lot with outstanding service and will continue to use them as long as they are in business.

The web site is very easy to use. It gives you options to choose what you are looking for at different locations that are available. The list of pricing at each location. What type of service is provided at the location. The check out process is easy to follow and once purchased you get information and instruction for that location. I have used this company many times to book my parking trip.

Very good experience with using this parking service. Shuttle driver was friendly and schedule was on time.

This parking lot is a wreck. You cannot park inside the building until you unload all of your cruise luggage outside the building. In addition and highly irritating was that we prepaid a price that was higher than what was offered if you paid once you arrived. Very unfair to those of us who made a reservation and prepaid online.

My current parking reservation ID is 12757675. At the Sonesta Hotel on Virginia Ave. in Atlanta. I travel frequently and need a place to stay before my flight and a place to park my car while I am gone. I don't need a contact phone number right now. But would love to have a contact phone number in case it is needed on a later booking.

Got the task done, but need to offer more on a discounted rate.

Car was Damaged while they was parking it on day we left 7/17/26 at 4am. This happened at 126-20 152nd Ave lot.

I was able to find a location that was close and had shuttle service at a decent price.

I was charged a lot extra for the car I brought, a Toyota RAV4 with a roof rack. It was dirty when I picked it up so likely stored outside rather than in a garage. Be careful about paying attention to possible extra fees.

I enjoyed the location and great staff, unfortunately my Tesla was damaged/ scratched on the rear left side near my tire. Looks like a white car swiped me while parking or exiting the stall next to me. Since I left my Tesla in the garage for nearly 2 months I didn’t have my camera on for fear it would totally drain my battery and the person who hit me didn’t tell staff or leave insurance information to help pay for the several dollars in damages they caused. I checked out on August 3rd at night time and it was dark. The staff didn’t say anything to me just waved me good bye. I also left a several days before my pre-paid reservation and was not refunded. Unfortunately it was dark and I did not notice the scratches until I arrived home hundred miles away. I’m upset but at this point what can I do.
