Awful parking! On return you pay £10 if you are late, pay £10 if you are early, you can't win as the plane is always either early or late. Plus, they have returned my car full of mud inside and outside, disconnected my dashcam so I can't see where they took it. Front tyre punctured. Found lots of extra mileage on return, no idea if they used my car for their own purpose or rallying. It's a shame that I can't give them 0 stars

Wish I had read the previous reviews before booking! absolute shambles! Choose Silverzone and pay the extra. Booked here to save £20 and it was horrendous. Landed and called the number as instructed no answer.. called and called when they did answer they said the transport just comes as and when. Waited 50 minutes in the cold poring rain and when the white minibus arrived it refused to let me on saying that he was "going to the airport tavern lodges" and that I would have to wait for the next! Nearly an hour in the cold I got back to the tavern in absolute chaos! Huge line waiting to check-in when all I wanted was my keys to go but just 1 girl serving everyone, waited 20 minutes and still not served, in the end the mini bus driver went to get my keys only to find my car sandwiched in the far end of the car back so couldn't even get my case in the back or the boot! I will never choose again.

Terrible service from the staff at this place.
Arrived from holiday and rang the number for pick up.
Lady said we'd just missed a minibus and another is on its way. Waited for a while then called again as no one arrived.
She said its on the way and again reminded us that one had just left. As if it was our fault?! It wasn't there when we arrived at pick up point.
Finally another turned up after about half hour of waiting in the cold.
When we got to the car park and picked up keys, we got to our car to find it was wedged between another customers car and one of their old minibuses!
Went and told lady at reception. She said we would have to wait until someone returned so they could remove the vehicle! Why employ someone in a car park if they can't drive? The car needed to be moved about a foot forward.
When someone finally arrived after about 20 minutes, he opened the customers car then struggled to start it! After waiting a few more minutes, the owner of the vehicle turned up himself and moved it.
Shockingly poor service and management. Won't be using again.
Also the state of the car park is very poor. Full of loose stones/rocks and potholes.
The minibuses they use to transport customers are getting on abit and have seen better days.
Clearly some investment is needed both in infrastructure and staff training.

Avoid like the plauge dented my car and said they could have a look on cctv for 75 quid lol it was blocked in and refused to help even tho they parked it there couldn't organise a drink in a brewery rude staff bad service the place needs petrol bombing.

Simply appalling for what doesn't even try to pass for 'customer service' on pick-up at Bristol airport. It's been said over and over in previous reviews about the rude, abusive and intimidating drivers, indicating both that our experience was not isolated and that the management have no intention whatsoever of improving. I rarely give reviews, but felt compelled in this case hoping it might influence others. Wish I had read these reviews before booking. Never again! And I am probably writing on behalf of everyone on the bus. Disorganised, shambolic and really could not care less. A false economy, so please do not sour your trip by using these cowboys

STAY AWAY!! I cannot believe the service we received from this company. AVOID. The driver who picked us up was aggressive, threatening and intimidating. He shouted at everyone on the bus and threatened not to transport us back to our car. The bus was dirty and looked unfit for the road.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....the abusive service from our driver today in a mini bus was totally unacceptable. He was intimidating, threatening and abusive to all passengers on the bus. There was a total lack of organisation.

Avoid This Parking Service - Theft and Unresponsive Management

I strongly advise against using this parking service. During our recent experience, we had property stolen from our car while it was parked here. There was no damage to the vehicle, indicating that someone with access to the keys—likely an employee—was responsible for the theft. We attempted to contact the manager multiple times, but he was never available and failed to return our calls. The lack of accountability and concern for customers is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and find a more secure and reliable parking option elsewhere.

Terrible company!!!….avoid at all cost!!!…the driver told me I only paid for parking…and not to picked up from the airport so had to run the tavern to get the car!!!….just hope he has a slow and pain death!!!!….maggot of a man!!!!!!..

We booked airport parking for a week and everything went smoothly. We parked up, took our cases and got straight on the minibus to the terminal building. On returning I phoned to say that we had arrived, a bus had just left the terminal but another one was sent straight away. The drivers were really helpful and friendly, they also loaded/unloaded our cases. We have often booked the Airport Tavern and will do so again. Thank you.

I thought I'd left a review so here we go.. all I read was bad reviews about airport tavern bristol but I assure you these ppl were brilliant, we booked our car in parked our car handed the keys and off in a mini bus which took less than 4minutes to get to the airport, on coming home we phoned them early hrs while waiting for our cases and when we got where the pick up is there he was. It was so easy and hassle free and I'll be using them every year aswell as my childre as I've told them about this place..thank you all at airport tavern, sorry for the late review 5☆. I baffled how they have low reviews but I'm happy with them and my son used them also June this year 2024..TY

You will only have yourself to blame if you book with these criminal cowboys.

Bad attitude when dropping off the car as it's unclear on what to do with your luggage when parking. Arrived back today, called on arrival for pick up and took over an hour to pick us up. The driver arguing with all customers and shouting then drives like a complete idiot. Transport vehicles are stinking inside and out.

Airport tavern parking. Honestly would never use or recommend. Myself husband and son waiting in cue which we were 4th in line, bus came after 25 mins when told it was only a 5 min wait. While we were putting luggage into bus, extremely rude people how only got there a few moments ago got on the bus, which in turn left no space for us or a lady before us. We explained to the bus driver what when on and his word were, how well. We explained we were putting our luggage on the back, then he replied with get it off no space left. Which left us shocked. When my husband tried to explain and said he's not taking the luggage off because we waited and only reason we didn't get a seat is because of the luggage. He said he would drive off and leave it at the airport. I understand its out of there control with people rushing on the bus, its the way he spoke and how rude he was. Especially when we have waiting 25 minutes and should have only been 5. But surely a cueing system should be in place. One 16 seating bus running isn't enough for the volume of people using car park.

Very unorganised. People working there looked like crooks. Long waits checking in and waiting for pick up. So much so we ended up walking. I felt so uneasy leaving my car there I considered diverting to on site airport secure parking last minute. My dash cam was unplugged and my newly washed car was muddy with branches embedded in the windscreen and boot. They’ve clearly driven it. Lucky I got it back in one piece really. Will be reporting to trading standards. And claiming small claims. They need to be stopped. Luckily I work in law. I’ll be after them.
UPDATE: 2 weeks after parking here I’ve got 1.2k worth of damage to my car!!!!!

Everything takes too long. If it was budget then that would get it 2 stars but it's not that cheap either.
It would be very easy to have one person giving the keys out and one booking in!

Apparently the customer facing driver isn't bothered about you, couldn't care less about actually providing the service you paid for, he's aggressive, dangerous, I wouldn't get in a vehicle with him if they paid me! Do your self a massive favour and don't let these ruin your holiday. The site is something out of the third world, its a state Wife said these had good reviews, but having just looked at trustpilot, almost every review is one star. Look for yourself. Let's be honest here most people would have given less than that! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

If you like loud all night traffic noise this is the place for you
The only plus points here were proximity to the airport and good restaurant food.
Very disappointed with room 1. Double bed soft and lumpy. No mirror in the bathroom, no place to sit, only enough toilet paper to use the toilet twice as no spare!
I parked my car in front of the place but in hindsight I should have moved it as it was a nightmare to leave before 6am as cars parked so close

Myself and my family have used this parking compsny many times and never had a problem. However, the service last Saturday was shocking and the response I received to my complaint was just as bad!

We collected our luggage and called your number at 12:38am as we usually do and were told by a male that the blue bus would be there, and that if we missed it that ot would come back around and there was no need to call back.

At 1am the bus had still not arrived so we behan want became an hour long attempt to call back where your phone line was constantly engaged. My elderly mother was with us amd it was a cold and rainy night which has caused her to become ill.

When the phone finally rang it was 1:37am, a female answered and I told her we had been waiting an hour and that the line had been engaged for almost an hour. Her reply was to ask if we had called, which I confirmed we had. Next she told me the van had been there 10 mins ago and it was 'impossible' that it wasn't there. 3 of our party along with a growing number of people were now waiting, so I told her that 2 buses would need to be sent.

Around 10 mins later a white van turned up with 2 males in the front driver and passenger seats. 1 males git out and that was the last we saw of him. When we asked the remaining male what was going on he replied 'I'm just the driver' and remained silent all the way back to the tavern.

People were pushing in and clamouring for the bus as we'd all been waiting so long - it was very frightening and upsetting for all, particularly my elderly mother.

Once back at the tavern, the female seemed unfazed and said she didn't know why the phone had been engaged as it was no ringing off the hook.

We were offered no explanation or apology at all.

This service falls way below the standard we have come to expect from you and we didn't gey back to Cardiff until 4am because of this.
