I purchased the 2018 “gods of guns” mystery box. The item I received was the “apex M4 with B.A.S. stock valued at $225. My opinion is this gun is not worth the msrp. Poor manufacturer packaging, no manual, poor assembly. It had loose rails and the fire selector fell of with the first flip to semi-auto. Airsoft GI was quick to tell me to send it in for warranty work, but I told them I’d just try to fix it my self ( which was easy enough). It save me the turn around time of sending the rifle in, waiting for repairs, and returning it back to me.

Airsoft GI has one of the largest selections of Airsoft products out of any other store and website I have ever visited. Their integration of various niche products for different tactical setups is a nice touch. The new spin to win feature keeps me coming back for a free shot at winning something. The free mystery gift in every purchase is a good idea on paper but I have now ended up with a lot of useless junk that they have tried to clear out of their inventory. The products always show as discounted which may be true, but this is counter balanced by the obsurd shipping prices. $25 for standard UPS shipping? Are you kidding me? Other sites like Evike give you free shipping when you spend over $100, and in order for me to get a $150 gun from Airsoft GI I have to spend another 20-30 dollars on shipping alone. This is why my rating is 3 stars: good assortment of products with lots of little bonuses but falls short because of shipping prices.

Put an order in for an item that was in stock at the time. 3 weeks later after emailing nonstop they finally get back to me stating the item was never in stock. Requested a refund and never received it.

I got the mystery box for my son. Got a very nice AK and a few nice extras! My son is very excited. I’ve always been pleased with my purchases here.

I usually buy from Airsoft GI when a mystery box comes out. I got one for gear a while back, and I got the 15th Anniversary God of Guns Mystery Box. I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t think much of it. I reloaded the page for about 5 minutes until the box went active, and then purchased it on the spot. Too easy. I’m known for having extremely bad luck amongst my friends and family, so I thought I was gonna get stuck with a low-end rifle that cost as much as the mystery box did. Well, I didn’t win the minigun, but I never expected to. I did, however, win the M132 Microgun that I also wasn’t expecting to win. The box came and it looked like a regular rifle box, but it didn’t weigh pounds, it weighed ounces. I open it, and there’s an “Airsoft and Chill” shirt and a small plastic card. On the card gave the congratulatory winning statement, along with instructions on how to get the actual prize mailed. I got it done the same day and the package was out the next morning. Didn’t take more than 3 days. 10/10 would buy more from Airsoft GI.

Airsoft gi is just a great website. I have had an issue before and they helped out without a problem. They are a great group of people and they have set a great example to me of the airsoft market.

I meant to buy a mystery bag but instead just bought the bag itself. The people I emailed explaining this were no help at all. I kept trying to explain my situation to them but they wouldn't just look up my order to see what I did wrong and help me fix it. They just kept sending me in circles and told me to stop flooding their email which I didn't think I was, I just wanted help. I finally got ahold of someone to return the package and then I had to pay 10 dollars to ship it back myself.
They didn't even provide me a return shipping label which I thought was a little ridiculous. First time shopping there and now my last time. Bummer because they have some cool stuff but I don't want to go through something like that again.

They have great customer service online and in stores. If you have any questions they will respond right away when you email, unlike other companies that might take days or weeks. Also they are very fast and easy in there walk in stores. For example, they know where all their items are and are very fast in transactions.

I love airsoftgi for their website specifically. I live in New York and there aren't any big airsoft stores near me, and until recently, hardly any fields. Airsoftgi has so many options on their website for all types of levels of airsoft. Honestly they make their money but they offer good deals. Lately they have this mystery gift and I got a t shirt, which is awesome because it was free. I am hoping to one day receive something really worth it. I only trust airsoftgi and evike with my airsoft business, and have never been let down... Other than the lack of coupons being applicable, due to many guns and gear saying *no coupon or *no shipping coupons
