AirsoftGI has always been my go to for Airsoft needs. They have a fantastic selection of products and services. Their order processing is fast with most shiments reaching me well within a weeks time. Their customer service is fantastic, and tends to go the extra mile to make sure I am well taken care of!

Poor customer service. The order was supposed to come with a free gift and didn’t. I contacted customer service and they blamed the mistake on me saying I didn’t check out on THEIR website correctly. I can’t imagine the trouble I would have had with a more significant problem. I’ll never use again.

AIrsoft G.I. is a great company with the best of the best and I would recommend to anyone looking to get into Airsoft. My only complaint is that I’ve ordered twice ever since they started their mystery gift system and I didn’t get any. I really was excited for it to test my luck. Overall that’s my only complaint and hope it doesn’t happen again.

The AEG that I've purchased from AirsoftGI didn't work out for me. Some incompatibilities with accessories that I had. I have requested return and everything was processed in a timely manner and Support team was very responsive. Great service all around.

Gun was ok, but the helmet came broken, 1 magazine clip was missing and the one we got broke right away. Tried to get a hold of customer service, but never got an answer back.

One photo did not align with the actual product and the product had to be returned because the actual product did not have the ability to lock into place like the photo of the product implied.

Product was exactly as advertised, and arrived right on time. Price was right also. Good buy from a good store.

I have bought a lot of things from Airsoft GI. Including a package I am currently waiting on to be shipped. In all of my orders I have been VERY impressed with the quality of the products I have purchased. I have no regrets on anything. If I paid a cheap or expensive price, I received the appropriate product. The ONE AND ONLY thing I was not satisfied with was my chest rig from Condor I received l, simply because it was a bit too small. I’m 6’1-6’3 280lbs and the rig was a bit small. But I just assumed that was because I’m on the bigger side of the spectrum. Other than that every product has been exactly what I was expecting! Great products at a great price!

Fast shipping easy to order with had what I needed

Still haven’t gotten my rifle. I was expecting it to come in a week or two, but now I have to wait almost 2 months. Wouldn’t of been an issue if it was mentioned that the rifle was out of stock, just like other products on the website.

Package didn’t come with all of the components advertised and upon reaching out to misship they said they would look into it and I never got a reply back

I got my item and a piece was missing, the customer service was really good though and saved the day. I sent my item back to return it and hopefully I get it soon and in whole.

I'm new to the sport of airsoft and Airsoft Go hsd been mentioned to me. WOW. WAS I MISLEAD.

Their returns department did ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING to help me efficiently return the faulty product I was sent. It took so long to get a damn reply that I decided it would be less of headache to just take a loss on the item. Totally dissatisfied with how they DIDNT HANDLE a simple return. Never waisting my time and money with this company again.

I like ordering from AirsoftGI, they are a great site to navigate and order with. The only thing I feel ugh about is the mystery gift. While it's a great thing, sending a shirt that won't fit is blah.

Not entirely their fault, however there was a huge delay in shipping as the train derailed, causing almost a week hiccup. When it did arrive, the box was destroyed, it being a mystery box, I could not ask for a return or to confirm the contents of what was shipped originally. What did arrive was scuffed, slightly dented and gouged.
They did not provide the courtesy of am bbn update of what happened and was told that I bnb would receive a call with information. I did not receive that call.
