Quick delivery. Bought as a gift and I know nothing about Airsoft so cannot comment on quality or value for money, but to me it seems very expensive for what it is.

Wrong item sent
Wrong item sent. On contact with Airsoft World, I was informed that I needed to return the incorrectly sent item, before the correct item was resent. Eventually received the correct item, but missed using it for an event because of airsoft world's error. It would have been good customer service to be accountable for the error and immediately despatch the correct item. I am also unsure if I have been refunded for the return postage and so I may also be penalised financially. I will now look to use other suppliers instead. A very dissatisfying experience.

Apologies first of all for sending the incorrect item out. Unfortunately we have had to adopt the policy of not issuing replacements until we get something back. We have been stung repeatedly in the past with nothing being returned however I hope you understand why this has had to be put in place.
I can see we opened a return authorisation on the 7th February (8 days after you received the order) and we sent the replacement items the same day we received the incorrect goods back (17th February) and it was delivered 2 days later. We did ship out as quickly as possible so there's nothing we could have done to speed up the process our end however apologies if you missed the first date you could have used the item.
Checking your account, we can see you were refunded your postage and Paypal emailed you to advise. Here's our note on your order, though we have removed the transaction ID and masked some of the Invoice number for your security:
