I made an order online for delivery, straightforward process kept me up-to-date and informed on status and delivery was quite quick. I ordered on Sunday and had my order on Wednesday. Greats job and thank you to all involved in the process 👍🏻

Had some pistol grips in the basket, had an email within 5 minutes asking if I'd complete the purchase and to email back if I had any questions. I replied asking if they'd fit on my pistol to which they 100% guaranteed they'd fit without any issues. Phoned up and was told to send a picture of the issue and they'd organise a refund. It's been a week and no response. Would not recommend.

Order of two tubs of heavy sniper BBs was inadequately packaged in just a brown envelope.
The result was that the envelope ripped somewhere between the shop and delivery to me and there was only one tub in it when delivered.
Ended up paying just over £56 for one tub of a thousand BBs.
No recourse because how do I prove it? The postman had scarpered before I realised the bag was ripped and half my order was missing.

Excellent service! I had an issue with one item I ordered and Airsoft World sorted my issue within 24hrs!! That’s service! I wish more companies stood by their wares like this.

This is my first purchase from Airsoftworld & I am very happy the price of the item was very reasonable and shipping was fantastic tracking details were sent shortly after purchase. The item itself VFC PPK was better than initially expected. Overall very satisfied with my experience with Airsoftworld. 🙂

Fantastic company, all equipment is well priced. They even called me to make sure I hadn't made a mistake (connection type) with the batteries I had ordered.

Great shop, I made quite a few orders separately then realised I could save cash by asking them to send all as one order. No problem at all. Goods arrived very quickly and well packed All the guns I ordered work perfectly. The add ins just made the whole experience even better.
