Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Order placed on 9th of October 2024 AirsoftWorld branch Slovenija. Just got info that the package will be shipped. The only contacts are for scottish HQ. Since then , I was not able to get the update after several emails, I got just one response after one week saying that they will contact slovenian branch office. I also called them , haven't received any update at all.

Our website will automatically add the option for free shipping as long as:
1. The goods value before shipping exceeds £150
2. There are no "Dangerous Goods" as these are excluded from free shipping
3. It is to mainland UK
4. You select the free shipping option when selecting your delivery options
At the top of any of our web pages it does advise "*exclusions apply" and under Shipping & Delivery in our T&Cs: https://www.airsoftworld.net/customer-service#shipping
As you haven't included any information, we cannot check on a specific account however I am confident that no order has been penalised or not offered Free Shipping when available. I am also unable to check our support tickets without more information however as of this time, we have 11 unanswered and none are regarding free shipping.

Speedy response to questions via social media. The transparency shown in highlighting the flaws in the product once discovered and the commitment to resolving the issue. In fact without these guys the product would still be faulty. Kudos earned, Kudos given. Will deffo be hunting for more kit here.

Good shipping BAD two tone
Order processed and delivered well but the two tone service was shocking. No care had been taken to tape over things like the fibre optic sights or the bolt to stop paint being sprayed on them so when it arrived the sights where blue and did not glow as they should and the bolt was caked in paint which instantly started scraping off with the cycling of the pistol causing paint to get into the feed lips and the bucking. Yes it’s a fiver but could you not removed the sights at least taped over them to keep them functional.

Hi Tim,
Apologies if the fibre optics were coated! I've asked the staff to take more care on with these, though a light rub with a hard surface should allow them to operate again. Not ideal so again, apologies for that.
As for paint on the bolt, it's not ideal however should have minimal effect on the functioning of the pistol. Even the anodising will start to wear with use so again, while not ideal, it should be fine.
Again, my apologies for the fibre optics being painted though I do hope you enjoy the pistol!
