All ot the goods are just fake. I ordered 7x T-shirts to use a voucher. All 7 T-shirts i have received were 100% different from what they show you in the pictures. It's just a lie what the company is doing to consumers here. They sell fake items with original photos !!!!

Hi ive ordered off this site today and its saying pending and for me to send a photo of the front of my debit card before it can be confirmed even though they have already taken the payment from my debit card. If i dont send the photo will they still refund my money back ?

I ordered some items on The Saturday and Full Payment was taken out of My Account but on The Sunday My Order was Cancelled, I do not understand why they could take Full Payment out of My Account and next Day be Cancelled, I have sent them 5 E-mails now and still No Reply and there is No Phone Number You can ring to speak to to be able to Sort it out, Really Bad Service, Would not use.

I ordered to them alot of things i used klarna app för Security when it comes to payment but suddenly they sent me a mail about My orders Are risk ! I can't understand about risk ! You accept My order and later they will refund??? Due all what i order Are risks items duh . This IS so sad

So today is the 2nd feb. I still haven't received my parcel & still cannot contact the shipping service they use (XDP) as they are beyond impossible to contact. Have emailed/rang/live chat, everything and still no response at all. I am just getting over the fact i will not receive my parcel. I ordered something for my daughter who is turning 3 which she was really exited about. Now i am not getting this parcel. Thanks Airyclub for your s*** shipping company you still use! surprised you both haven't been closed down!!!!!

I ordered something and it came within 3 weeks and it was good quality. However seeing these reviews I’m a bit concerned about my other items I’ve ordered of here. Because I order another parcel the same day and it still hasn’t arrived. But I hope my other packages will arrive within 3 weeks too.

I haven’t long ordered, I’ve bought 2 items and am currently waiting for them to be mailed, granted the delivery isn’t expected until 22nd Feb (tracking says between 1st-8th) so hopefully will come early.
I received an email last week saying I was getting a partial refund for missing or wrong items on one of them (I paid £20 refund was for £19) I’m not sure what that about but money went in the following day even though it said could take up to 28 days.
Will update more when package arrives.

People stay away from airy club don't buy thinking that you are getting things for cheap,I'll tell you my experience so I bought 4 pairs of Nike's , a Adidas bag and I can tell you that I haven't received not one of my orders. One of the pairs of Nike's was refunded because they said *wrong or missing product*and after 3 months I got my refund.One there app it said that 2 pairs were already delivered to me and that I received them , total lie,I didn't receive anything airy club was telling me to check post office.I called Australia post and they said that the tracking number didn't exist.I had to get a email written stating that none of the tracking numbers were even in Australia for airy club to even consider giving me my refund.1 item I have received out of 10 items.
For those people who write good reviews well you haven't been ripped off yet. Trust me you will and then you too will write a bad review.
The reason why it takes forever for your products to arrive is because you are not paying for shipping.For people in my predicament always pay with PayPal because over Xmas someone from China(I'm thinking a merchant who had my card numbers) tried to withdraw $1,400 from my card but lucky the bank stopped the transaction. I am currently fighting with Airy club to refund me all the money for all of my Nike runners that have not arrived and I don't think that the ones that are on their way probably won't arrive either money totaling $250 . People make sure you guys read the reviews it will save you money and a big headache in future. People write these reviews for a reason so pay attention.

Worst company EVER!!!!
I still haven't received my parcel and want to know where the hell it is!!! They posted my parcel by a company called (XDP) the WORST shipping company to use but i could not choose myself. It won't let me track where my parcel is and after reading all the terrible reviews i am worried i won't even receive my parcel. It's an absolute JOKE and i will not ever be using this app again!!!!!!!!!!

Where’s my order???? After receiving confirmation and saying its on way to me, It’s now over month and nothing!?

Hi, i am not sure about this airyclub x vova collab idk what it is But everyone talking bad about vova is falsely misleading you and probably making profit from it. Vova is great for all products. great quality & very cheap. I have received all my products u just have to wait 4 weeks (free shipping).One product i received was the wrong tracksuit but the best quality. I ended up getting my full refund and kept the tracksuit. Vova have a very good refund policy and it is very very easy to do.

How many more people they cheat before they close this dishonest rubish. It's hard to think how they cheat people. They don't deliver the products, or the wrong products and they don't respond, just false

I warn you against this company. People be careful, they are scammers. I ordered for the first time from this company. First order and already having problems, I had the same problem with Vova because even if you do not receive the product or you receive the wrong product or have any problem with your order from them.IN ANY CASE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I was fooled because I thought AIRCLUB was a different company, it turned out to be a Vova company, only under the name AIRYCLUB. These companies are absolutely not companies that act for the benefit of the client. I've never seen such thieves before, the court or Government should take care of it. Because it's just one big scam. Products do not come, or packages come empty. No requests or complaints are resolved.

Airy appears to be the same company as Newchic and other scammers who copy photos from Pinterest and then can only deliver clothes that look nothing like the advert

I'm pissed off 2 say the least I ordered and paid for a few things to this day nothing and they will not refund me I'm letter a investigator look in this app I'm discussed in this scam. How can u not refund items if ppl did not get it 👺

Absolutely no customer service.

I purchased something on the 21st of March 2019, and have not received any product, any feedback. I requested a refund, and still no response, no refund. Currently feeling that this is a scam website, where they are very eager to take your money, and then nothing else. NO PRODUCT. I have been following up on refund daily, no response from anybody. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Have brought many things from this site.Recived all the items rather shop here then i ofter.

I bought some items from airy club. This is so bad because they didn't have the item. I was refunded but I'm yet to Se the money come back. This is not a serious site keep away.

I have bought a few items from Airyclub which was very good, this time I bought a couple of watches one was perfect the other was not working, I asked for a refund, It was refused. I want either a replacement or a returned paid envelope or a refund.
I will not be buying anything from this company again.
