FOR ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWERS. THE COMPANY CEASED TRADING AND SOLD THE APP LATE SEPT 2021 TO A UNKNOWN BUYER. ANY ORDERS AFTER SUMMER 2021 COULD NOT BE COMPLETED. LAST ORDER I RECEIVED CAME AUG 2021

Bad because we can’t get access to the website,it says that I don’t have internet and I have full access to internet, what happened to this website, trust is a big important when you deal with the customers. Every one complaint. So, change marketing strategy. I like this online shopping but now they are not operating at all.

I ordered a football shirt and it never arrived. Have attempted to get a refund without any success. No response from Airy. Definitely a scam. Do not waste your time or money

I have been waiting over 3 months for 2pairs of trainers and still nothing I can't seem to be able to get a refund either I'm starting to believe it's just one big scam not even a contract number I'm go na take legal action very soon if I dont get my money back because this is a joke

I ordered a mobile phone two necklaces and face cream waiting for the necklaces since September said sent but not received having the same problem can't excess the app saying no Internet connection really angry they should not get away with it 😑😢😒

and until now waiting.....what can we do?

The app keeps saying I have no internet when I do and won’t let me see anything of the app same as vova too I have tried everything possible Iv restart my internet and re-downloaded the apps as well and still says the same thing ?

They seemed to have shutdown. Don't order anything.

I ordered about 100 pounds worth of watches they never turned up I emailed and they don't answer total rip of really angry

Badly badly scammed. Ordered a night dress and a jumpsuit. Have been waiting since forever but nothing at all. No contact information nothing on the app. I was so excited. Such a shame

Well I ordered a Nike air Jordan on the airy club app in August, they told me it will arrive in 20 days but till now I have not received any shoes yet. I think I was scammed. I've looked for how to get a refund but there's none.
I just hope no one goes through this situation as I did.

So has Airyclub completely shut down now!? Because I keep searching for designer labels and can't find anything... Even my basket and wishlist have become unusable!????

Why has it shut down if that's the case and what other site/app Is as good as airyclub

I bought 3 dresses on September only received 1, said they have been refunded, but now klarna will charge me for the 3 dresses.
Tried contact this airyclub but impossible to find contact page....
Never will buy from this people again

All the branded items have vanished.
Airyclub was 5 stars until now.
Usually it restores after a few days but I think it’s permanent this time. Even VOVA app has done the same.
Very poor decision by Airyclub, you will lose a lot of custom now.

Best company I have a boutique and used to buy all my items on here…. I’m gutted that I can’t anymore? I used vova and. That’s the same no designer items. I would say the only options are Ali express or DHGATE. I have been using all these sites for about 3 years and no probs with refunds. Everything turns up even the refunded stuff, if anyone knows if there is a new app please let me know

I am surprised to read the comments that people were not pleased receiving let's say.. 'not the real thing' especially regarding trainers. This site like a few other China based selling sites sell cheap copies of brands. I have purchased retro (80s)&(90s) football tops and 2021 season tops and the quality is fantastic. I would never pay full price in a sports shop /online as I personally believe the prices are a disgrace for a football shirt/kit. Even for children it's far too expensive so I highly recommend if any of you are wanting football tops buy from here. Go 1 size up from your normal size as fittings are slightly smaller so if your a large go for XL.

Having bought many football shirts from Airyclub and trainers, I was incredibly pleased with my purchases. However I just went on the site and everything 'named brand' eg Nike, Hugo Boss etc is all showing out of stock and on my 'for you' suggestions, nothing is branded. Has something happened?? I will be gutted if I can't buy my football shirts that cheap anywhere else. 😪

Ordered a pair of trainers off this website. Took weeks to come, once they came it was clear they was counterfeit. I then got in contact with Nike who confirmed they were counterfeit. Best advice I can give is get in touch with Citizens Advice who will help you compose a letter for a refund. Get in contact with the official manufacturer who can confirm they’re counterfeit so you have evidence. Then get in contact with your bank and a claim will be opened to get the money back. Luckily you are insured under the bank. They advice not to return the product, but if you do, you DO NOT have to pay the £20 restock fee and Zamton by law have to reimburse you for the shipping fee to send it back. I then advise go to trading standards and report them….
