It took longer than expected to receive or purchase, which was disappointing because we had ordered it for a Christmas gift. When we asked for information about our order, we received a quick and kind response letting us know how the ordering works, and now we have actually received the gift. It was in good condition and we are happy about our purchase. We especially were happy about the quick responses by email from the company. We would definitely order again from this company. It was a pre-order, I waited 5 months, and the delivery to my Country took one month, but the item arrived in perfect condition and well packed! Although I paid some Customs Service to my Country's delivery company, it was an exciting and anxious journey! I think I'll buy something more in the future!

I have been using Aitaikuji for 6-7 years now. They are the most convenient way to get official event goods. Be patient with their service and shipping under the understanding that there is a process to getting these limited availability goods.

Cool items and good prices
I've ordered multiple times from them and everything always arrives safely. Pretty cost effective, too. Items usually end up being cheaper on here than if you were to purchase them in a North American store/site. I've had great experiences with their customer services and will continue to order from them!

Looong delivery time + very expensive
This isn’t supposed to be a negative review, because I did receive my order and everything was alright. But on the website it says shipments takes around a week to arrive, and I had to wait almost two months.
Not only that, but I had to pay a lot of duty taxes because the price of every item was written on the package as it was. Other japanese websites offer to mark your order as gift to avoid expensive duty taxes, now I know why.
I know being transparent on the items prices on the package is the right thing to do, but I bought on Aitai Kuji to avoid spending double or triple in my country shops, and I ended up spending almost half of what I paid for the order in taxes, so it made it all unworthy. It was really too expensive for the kind of items I purchased (two acrylics and two shikishi).
I would like to buy again from Aitai because they have lots of wonderful items, but it’s really to expensive all in all, so I’m not sure it’s worth it. I do have another open order and I’m not sure if I should cancel it at this point because the duty taxes for that one are gonna be INSANE.

Good tracking service + high quality product
Very clear communication once the product was being shipped. They notified me of potential import costs (while my country didn't bother to, they always send the notice out too late). Definitely recommend, 10/10 tracking service and received product in good condition. Highly recommend!
