Worst experience buying online. Not only did my package take forever to ship, somehow they messed up the address and it was hell to be able to track down the package and get it. The cherry on top is the package was all banged up as well. First and last time buying anything from this website.

My item arrived soaking wet… the toy box completely disintegrated in my hands from how wet it was, and I had to throw it away. As a toy collector who puts a ton of value in keeping the original packaging, this is unacceptable.

I loved shopping here. It's my first purchase, and I have no complaints. The product was shipped quickly during the launch month and arrived at my home earlier than expected. i still have not been given any information on my item 7 months after ordering it. every time i have emailed asking where it is i get almost identical responses telling me basically they don't even know when they'll get it and at this point i'm not even expecting to ever receive it. on the official site for goodsmile they have the same nendoroid up and status as available and in stock, i have seen the same item on amazon even! i now asked for a refund which i am now still waiting for a reply on days later. there really isn't any excuse to just outright lie to your customers after they ask where the extremely expensive item they ordered the previous year is.

One of the best for importing from Japan
I am incredibly satisfied with my purchase from aitaikuji! An amazing selection of Japanese goods at reasonable prices. Shipping will be high but that’s the nature of the beast when it come to importing. They make it super easy without needing a proxy to do so. Even with the international trip I got my package within one week of the shipping notification! I will definitely purchase from them again.

There is no doubt that this is a legit shop. Purchased a couple of different stuff already and I was never dissapointed. Clothes came in great shape and didn't smell weird, figurines came in perfect state, absolutely no damage to the packages. The only drawback is shipment cost but I guess this is unavoidable if You have to transport it trough half of the world :)
