Great experience
They were great with dispatching when they said they would and delivering within a decent time frame even though I’m international! They have great products and a really reasonable international shipping cost, so would definitely recommend.

I was initially hesitant, I haven’t used too many import services and I had read about extended delays on fulfillment before. And paying in full on a pre-order was a bit scary.
BUT IT WAS GREAT! Customer Service checked in once to confirm specifics about my item, and I saw it on my doorstep less than a month after release in Japan!
Will for sure be back!

You need to have patience when preordering something tho. - but that's applies to preordering in general. I just saw a lot of people here, complaining about not receiving their preorder as announced by the website, but as someone who worked in a merch store before, ETA of preorders tend to be delayed. :)

Some of their merch is very overpriced, they also charge high shipping prices for basic delivery with USPS, it can take weeks or months for them to send an order and provide almost no updates unless you contact them.
